I can’t say anything but great things about Kit-Cats.
The first time I ever stepped into kit-kat was last year, it was very welcoming. There were tons of cats running around and playing, all in great health condition. They had tons of obstacles and cat trees to climb all over and scratch.
We originally went for snowflake ( the Siamese mix ), and came home with Elvis ( the orange one ) as snowflake was VERY shy, and just didn’t want to interact. Elvis made hisself known so he could go home. The adoption process was extremely easy. Fast forward 4-5 months later we decided we wanted a second cat. A play partner for Elvis as we both work full time jobs. I had reached out to Paula who is ALWAYS a delight and scheduled a visit. This time we went, and we brought snowflake home. Months later and both of them, have made themselves at home together.
I couldn’t recommend this cat adoption center more highly. They’ve completed our family

This organization gave my family a dying kittenIn 2013 we adopted 2 kittens from this organization Delaney and Pickles from the Mt Pleasant PetSmart location.Within 3 weeks Delaney was diagnosed with wet FIP aka cat leukemia. She was 4-5 Months old and she was 6 months when she died in my father's arms.Due to this organization neglect they gave us an obviously sick kitten (she had stomach bloating at the time of adoption). They put her brother Pickles in danger of contracting FIP.When we reached out to the group on Facebook about Delaney diagnosis and death. They told us insultingly to come back and to get a new kitten for free. If honestly felt like they treated her like an object then a life.Pickles is still with us and is a great cat (pictured below) .We have fostered multiple times from feral cat helpers, always cats seem to be sick, they always seem to be having diarrhea colds or general sickness.Even today at their Mt Pleasant PetSmart location, some of the cats are sick. Ones breathing through his tiny little mouth cause his nose is stuffed and his eyes are glossy. This organization seems to be grossly negligent.

It was a joy to play with and love on the sweet kittens. They are well cared for, clean, and comfortable. If you are looking to adopt, playtime is a chance to check out the personality and disposition of the kitties so that you can apply for the one that is a good fit for your family. There is a nominal donation that goes to support the cats and worth it in every way. One fluffy little guy that still has some growing to do and his affectionate mama captured my heart!

It was such a great experience! We got to meet and play with some cats we could potentially adopt. It’s perfect to see their personalities and find the right one for you. It’s also a great way to socialize the cats! The staff is so kind and obviously care a lot for these cats/kittens. I’d definitely recommend anyone to make an appointment to play with the kittens/cats!

Took my son who is afraid of most animals but recently showed an interest in cats. He is autistic. The environment was relaxing & clean. The owner was really kind. Great experience!

We love the socialization KitCats provides to rescues and care offered to communities. Their cats are accustomed humans. We adopted a tabby who was a few months old and he has bonded to us and our other cat nicely. The team is great.

Wonderful place to visit and play with loveable cats. Paula and staff and volunteers are amazing and very helpful in dealing with Feral cats and just caring about the feline population as much as their human friends. After our experience we are now patrons and donors, great non profit. They care about the community and feline community and that makes them local heroes!
