Today I took my very difficult 2.5 yr old son to get his hair cut here. He kicked and screamed the entire time but Nicole was super awesome about it. She did such an amazing job especially considering the circumstance. He has only had his hair cut once before before at another place. They basically just buzzed it even though we said we wanted to keep a little length on top and in the front. Nicole listened to what I told her. I told her I fully understood if she ended up having to go super short because he was being difficult. I am so pleased with the result! She also gave me advice to come back every 4-6 weeks because the kids get more used to it and start to do better. I am so pleased! Thank you!

This is a great place! I have been taking my 3 kids there since their first cuts. One of my kids is in the spectrum and the ladies always work so well with him! ?online waitlist is so convenient. My kids always enjoy the games/shows during their cuts and little prizes and lollipops afterwards. Highly recommend!

10/10 recommend this salon for kids cuts!
My son just turned 3 and has autism and sensory issues which make cutting his hair a nightmare (i.e. took 3 hrs at Pigtails and Crewcuts). I drove an hour to this salon and the haircut didn’t even take 15 minutes and he looked so handsome! He was a little upset in the beginning but Darby worked wonders with him and this momma could cry happy tears that he left happy and had a good experience.

This place is amazing. They treat families very well and have amazing staff. They explain what they are going to do before doing it and helps the parents understand how it works.

I used the sign up option from there website to book haircut for my baby. I did it 30 mojitos before opening hour of the salon. We were 3rd in line.
We came at 9am and we were called at 9.20am
Nicole was person doing haircut to my baby - she was sooooo nice and was able to do very nice hairs cut even with the baby crying and moving non stop!
Record the place for parents with kids in all ages.

They go above and beyond to make kids feel comfortable, including a prize and lollipop after the cut. The wait could possibly be long if you don’t join the waitlist but it’s well worth the wait.

My daughters had their hair ripped out of their head by Nicole and her beat up hairbrush. My 10yo's eyes were watering from her ridiculously aggressive brushing, and both complained about how rough she was even washing their hair. My 10yo had a knot in her hair, a normal everyday knot, and Nicole proclaimed that she would have to cut it out. My daughter and I were both horrified, and I told her to give me the brush and I'd get it out. She practically shouted at me that it wasn't good to rip through hair w/a brush, as she proceeded to rip through my daughter's hair! I asked her for a Wet brand brush bc I knew I'd easily get it out. She then proceeded to tell me that Wet brushes are the worst brushes bc the bristles are too short (they sell them at the cash register btw), and the wet brush she handed me had all the bristles mashed in to the cushioned backing part- like OBVIOUSLY they are too short, someone stomped all the bristles in?!? Her condescending comments were WAY too much, it appeared I annoyed her bc I got the knot out of my daughter's hair with ease even with their dilapidated brush! She really went in on the comments after that- making backhanded negative comments to my daughter about the health of her hair bc we didn't want to take off as much length as she suggested (my daughter has long white blonde beautiful hair that we were just trimming for back to school, not lobbing off or cutting a tangle out of!)...She said "Don't worry, sweetie, we'll get your hair healthy one day..." Even my 10yo was smart enough to get this condescending dig! As Nasty Nicole rang me up, she made one last little dramatic showing about the hairbrush saying "I'm just going to throw this brush out, I would NEVER use one of these brushes!" The brush should have been thrown out 100 years ago, no one would use that and you actually looked at it and still handed it to me!! We've been there a few times, I always thought it was a little rough around the edges but my girls like the braids and hair glitter so it was fine. But we won't be back again thanks to Nasty Nicole. We went for ice cream after to cheer them up after such an awful experience (we also waited for an hour and a half bc we were 5th in line for like 90 minutes), and when we passed by the "salon" to go to the car, both of my daughters started booing at it. They hated their experience with Nicole, and we'll never go back.

My 2 year old son had his first haircut with Nicole, who is absolutely wonderful. He went from being mistaken as a girl, to a dapper young man.

The ladies working there were great! Hard workers and great service! Wish for them, they had more help, but they did a great job being fast and friendly!
