Simply put, Katarina is the best of the best. She exceeded all expectations in every category: communication, market knowledge, follow through, holding 3rd parties accountable. I can't say enough good things about Katerina and the job she did for us! We had to move from out of state, short time turn around and had to see most houses on Zoom. It was so stressful and Katerina had so much patience and good positive energy, I don't think we could have done it without her. She really has great empathy and was able to put herself in our position and be our eyes here. You can tell she really cares about finding the right place for you, not just sell you a house - a rare trait. She was ahead of everything we needed from start to finish and was always there for us, with a wonderful attitude. We just closed and we couldn't be happier. Katarina was absolutely fantastic! As first time home buyers, we had so many questions. Katarina helped us at every step of the way. She was happy to answer any question we had. She also has contacts for anything you might need for your new house. If it wasn’t for Katarina, I don’t know if we would have been able to buy our house.

Katarina was AMAZING throughout the entire process of finding my condo. She found EXACTLY what i was looking for in one of the most sought after complexes in Charleston. I found her through one of her videos about the city and she was fantastic from the start answering so many of my questions. I moved to Charleston from out of state and also had to sell my home in the process, making timing and offer timelines very important. She stayed in contact with me for over a year and was incredibly responsive creating and managing my search portal in 4 different areas of the city. I know without a doubt i could not have found my condo (which i love) without her help. She walked properties for me and provided photos, videos, and measurements to rooms. She communicated with all parties on my behalf and negotiated to find an AMAZING deal. When i finally moved to town, she was the first one to take me out to dinner to celebrate and welcome me here. Charleston has become a fast home to me and i'm incredibly thankful i had her as a realtor and friend. OUTSTANDING.

Katarina was and continues to be a blessing beyond words! She walked step by step with us from beginning to end on the sale of our house which resulted in many offers above asking price within 24 hours of the listing going live. She guided us through decisions throughout the process and even helped us find our next home that included a rental while we build. I honestly don't see how you could choose a better realtor in the Charleston area than Katarina. She's absolutely superb - honest, efficient, prompt, wise, patient, careful about details, and gracious to boot. She also has an excellent, realistic handle on current market prices. She listens carefully to what you are looking for and doesn't just dish out some cookie-cutter solution. My husband and I bought our residence and also an income property through Katarina, and we are a tricky pair to deal with because we have different priorities that she had to somehow sync. He's a designer who's very sensitive to neighborhood light and sound; I'm the one always focusing on practicality, including such things as storage and privacy. Somehow Katarina found us a Summerville home that is extremely quiet and although we're certainly not isolated, we're far enough away from neighbors to make noise a non-issue. It's really a functional home as well as beautiful. The investment home that she found for us has been a winner as well. There's another aspect to Katarina that I want to bring up, which is that her highest priority is looking out for her client's best interests. That includes watching over your investment dollar and well as your choice of property. I always felt comfortable with Katarina because she doesn't ever try to snow you over or pressure you. If you're considering the greater Charleston area, I unreservedly recommend that you contact Katarina. You'll be happy you did!

Moving to South Carolina was a huge decision to make. It was times I felt discouraged about my decision only because it seem impossible to find a home. I met Katarina at an open house showing and let me tell you it was the best thing I did. All my anxiety and discouragement were gone. Ms.Katarine gave me hope. She cared about my feelings as I was going through this journey of finding a home. She made me feel at home even when I didn't have a home. Ms.Katarina Thank you so much!!!
