Whoever the woman working today wearing the blue and purple was.. you were awesome and I'm sorry I didn't catch your name. You provided exceptional service until you had to take a Xoom call.
To the gentleman in the suit and bowtie that took over: dude, who taught you sales techniques? Maybe I don't smell like Mount Plastic money, but your demeaning attitude was uncalled for. I wasn't even done shopping when you started ringing me up! I mean, you would've known that has you asked, but you didn't, and your store lost money on account of it. (Insert faux sad face here)

I’ve gone to this location twice and both times this has been the case. First was to get sizing and second to pickup my tux. Both times I waited, and waited to get help. Second time someone was at the front desk told me they couldn’t help me while all I needed was to pickup my tux. The issue isn’t lack of staffing- there was only two people in the store. The issue is the team was more focused on getting a sale than answering some questions.

My recent visit to Josabank was an absolute nightmare, Entirely due to the horrendous management of Shannon. Her level of professionalism was shockingly inadequate. Shannon’s attire and overall demeanor were far from what one would expect from a high-end retailer. It was clear she lacked the basic standards of professionalism, which significantly impacted my experience.
Moreover, the store conditions were appalling. Dust fell constantly, creating an unpleasant environment for anyone who entered. The floor was visibly filthy, appearing as if it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The bathrooms were in a deplorable state, with fecal matter on the floor and a sink that was being used as a urinal—utterly unacceptable. To top it off, the store reeked of stale cigarette smoke, suggesting that Shannon is more than likely to be smoking cigarettes in the back room.
It’s disappointing to see such poor management and maintenance at Josabank. I hope the company takes immediate action to address these serious issues and ensure a more professional and hygienic environment.
But for me and my family of 8 boys, we are done with this company entirely.

For my wedding I had custom Tux’s and shirts made for my groom’s men and myself. The Tux’s showed up but the shirts showed up in time for my wedding. Yes this was a major issue. Especially for my wife. Well they stepped up with back up shirts for me and the guys. Not perfect but it did the job. After the wedding and I cooled off I went and talked with the Manager Shannon. She apologized and explained the shipping issue. But non the less they didn’t come in in time. She made it right by helping me out personally with other dress clothes I needed. Shannon made it right and I will continue going there Just if you need something on a specific date order early as possible.

We visited today to shop for suit separates and both Shannon and Blake were very attentive! Blake immediately offered to measure him and provided him with “prop”shoes, coats, etc. so we could get a feel for the completed look. How refreshing it was to be helped by someone with all the answers! He was friendly and very personable. If you can, shop here before resorting to the Men’s Wearhouse down the street. This is the experience you hope for when going in for formal menswear.

We went tonight to buy my husband a tux, and were helped by Rhett...he is awesome! The store has a great variety of styles available, great sales, and the customer service is alway top notch. Rhett is exactly the kind of person you want to work with when shopping- kind, humorous, knowledgable and professional. We will be back!

Poor communication. They do not answer the phone at all. There is no voice-mail setup or call back I called several times Tuesday then drove 30 minutes to find they where not busy , a couple employees just standing around waiting. Also a few other customers came in when I did they said the same . That the phone is never answered. Luckily they had my suit that came in over a month ago that. Thanks for calling and letting me know the suit was in

I specifically ask if Kerry is working before going there. Albeit the few times he was not I still get top notch service. Kerry is a real pro and difference maker. I Just read a review with a One Star. Funny as you read it you can only imagine the Karenitis she has. Maybe he was overwhelmed cause he cares about his job and service they provide. If he didn’t care there would be no overwhelming face. Ask for Kerry you won’t be disappointed.
