Brian and his guys here are first class. Went out of their way to help me with a 94 Ranger that needed some interior work..the kind of thing nobody does anymore. After that, addressed some issues with my F150 that no one else could figure out, and were very reasonable with the charge. No doubt, I'll be going back to Swift's when I need it done right.

We were on vacation when all of the sudden our minivan wouldn't start. I called AAA and they sent out a battery service call but they found nothing wrong. I panicked as we had to a 12 hour drive back home at the end of the week and I had no idea where to go. My husband found Swift and brought the car in. They were so kind and understand and got the car in fast. They were incredibly reasonable and found the cause quickly. We needed a new battery and replaced it quickly. Seriously, they gave me the peace of mind I needed to drive back home and that is priceless. My husband was also pleased with their honesty and fair prices! I highly recommend and will use them in the future should any problems arrive next time we are in town.

Brian and his team are the BEST around!! I took my car in to see why my front windshield wiper wasn’t working. They were able to fix it within the morning and at no charge!! Plus the staff are so kind and responsive - Swift’s Garage is now my go to mechanic in Charleston!!

Best experience I’ve ever had with a garage. They were so fast and listened to me and kept constant communication. As a young girl in college I usually find that extra services are pushed onto me but Brian and co did exactly what I asked for and never made me feel pressured into getting further work done but ensured all my options were discussed. Highly highly recommend!

These guys helped me with a flat tire while I was traveling and needed to get back on the road quickly. They immediately stopped what they were doing to assist me. After inspecting my tire and determining that it could not be repaired, they put my spare tire on for me, filled it with air, and got me back on the road in minutes. I offered to pay for the service, but they declined. Very nice folks who were willing to help.

Oh man where to start. Fantastic customer service right from the first call. I didn't realize a sun roof could clog and was pretty confused about what to expect and what was needed. Andrew fit me in very fast and helped create a wonderful first experience. The timeline and price was presented right up front and the work was done very quickly. They left me a voicemail that it was done and an additional courtesy call before the end of the day to ensure I knew my work was completed. By the end of it, I learned a lot about the problem and was given a great recommendation on how to remedy any additional issues I may have with it that I could handle from home. I felt no pressure whatsoever and would absolutely go again.
