Always good clothes. But it really annoys me that they are CONSTANTLY holding phony sales and absurd discounts every day of the year ! Who believes an ordinary cotton Tshirt “was $69.50, but now $19.95” ???
I have been shopping here for many years but always laugh out loud each time I come in. EVERYTHING EVERYDAY OF THE YEAR is on “SALE”. They must have an army of people in the basement who do nothing else but switch the price tags around ?. Come on, who can believe shorts that “were $ 89.00, but now just $ 22.00””. Even the staff, as friendly as they might be cannot keep up with the outright deception !

This was my typical J Crew that I would shop at as I always had a great experience. Everyone was welcoming…. But my recent trip… was not the case. The store wasn’t busy by any means, I was ignored when I walked in and the associates seemed bothered when I asked for a particular size and then I had to ask when I needed a fitting room.In previous visits there was always one particular associate, Kerry, who would ALWAYS help me. She had the best customer service and I always felt welcomed when I went in. When I went to the register, it looked at though I again was bothering the associates so someone could ring me out.I asked the cashier if Kerry was working, and found out she went to a different store. It’s a shame because that store was great and I do believe that the staff that’s currently there have made the environment negative and not welcoming. I most certainly will not be going back.I wish I knew what store Kerry is working at now because she is the definition of stellar customer service!

Employees were unhappy & unfriendly. There was No customer service here. Then no bathrooms (little one had emergency and they told me to go to Come back shack smh). We left and definitely won’t be back. Bad vibes here. Prices still super high too. Waste.

This store has a good selection of clothes that tend to go on clearance often at a great price! The employees are also excellent at helping you out. My main complaint here is that the new manager thinks it is relatively okay to yell at employees in front of customers; or even yell at them at all! Disgusting in my eyes.

Only reason not a 1-star is it’s still J.Crew. Terrible customer service. This location has some of the worst customer service I have received in a long time. Associates don’t seem to want to be bothered to help customers, just stand around and complain. Don’t recommend going in unless you absolutely have to.

As a frequent customer I only have good things to say about this store. The level of customer service I receive each time I shop is superb! The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. They are always around to assist and answer questions. Despite being such a busy location, the overall appearance is clean and the clothes are arranged neatly.It really is a one stop shop for my family. Highly recommend!

I loved the sale they are currently having. I purchased my husband four linen shirts and a tee shirt off the clearance rack, which was 70% off. What a bargain. I love company like this one that allows customers to get such great value. I really love this store and I can't remember my cashier's name, but she recently started back working here after a long time. She was so friendly and personable.

J. Crew is one of my favorite stores. This factory location is very nice and well organized. The sales are always really really good, so coming in and getting some clothes at a good price brings me more joy than a cold, hard rain on a hot summer day in July. The staff is nice and are willing to help you out with whatever it is that you need.
