I ran over something on the highway, immediately my tire went flat. My 13 year old daughter was in the car. Luckily, there was a mall nearby so we pulled in and searched for roadside help. My call was immediately answered by Irvine's Auto Repair and towing and someone was on the way (during drive time) to help us out. When he arrived he quickly, knowledgeably and politely changed my tire to the spare and got us back on the road. I was able to pay with a credit card. It was so easy and we are very grateful for the professionalism and kindness in our time of need. Very highly recommended.

We needed a vehicle moved from the Mount Pleasant Presbyterian Church parking lot -- early on a Sunday morning. Although we didn't get the tow truck driver's name, he is the most gentle, kindest Christian in a tow truck. Thank You, Sir!

Needed a tow. Contacted the fine folks at Irvine’s. Gave them my address and instructions on where the key was.Swiped my card. Got all call from the shop letting me know they had my truck.Irvine’s left my receipt on the front seat.That’s what it’s all about. Friendly and reliable car people.I think the guy’s name was Marty. Reminded me of years gone by. Trusted him right away.Highly recommend!!!!

Marty is a true legend. Honest, fair, and true to his word.And, as I was dropping my truck off hours after closing/dark so that it could be worked on the next day......Jimmy drove up in his giant tow truck and saw my 80 year old body struggling to lift my 25 year old bike out of my 20 year old truck ..so that I could ride it home... and he took my bike off my truck and put it on his tow truck and took me home .....at no charge.Hard to find people like that any more.

Marty answered the phone (on a holiday!), was really helpful and dispatched a mechanic with a tow truck. Stephen arrived within 10 minutes! Stephen was nice, very knowledgeable, diagnosed the issues and helped me come up with the best plan to move forward. All at a very good price! I would give these guys 10 stars. Excellent people to work with. Yes, they are extremely busy but for a good reason. They won't bull you over with outrageous tuneups. They will let you know if something is wrong before they fix it. They are great people to do business with.

What a great experience, from Christina in the office to the two techs that came out I cannot recommend Irvines more highly. Marty moved Sea Island Auto here this year. I have been using Marty for my classic cars for over 20 years. Just put a new radiator in my 76 Mercedes 450. Not only did he do a great job in record time, it was 1/3 the cost Quoted from a foreign auto shop.Marty & his guys are the best.

The people were so great and so helpful to me that does not know much about cars. My husband always took care of things, so when my battery apparently died and I could not jump it, they saved the day efficiently, cost effectively and kindly. I will keep their number in my glove box for any emergencies.

We were on vacation on IOP when our alternator went out on our van. The guys at Irvine's have us a tow and fixed the van in a matter of hours.
