I have been a student at this studio since October 2022. The intro series was gifted to me by a friend and to be honest, I was pretty intimidated to start. Mackenzie was my intro teacher and she made all of those worries go away the second I walked in the door. I had no idea that this studio would become such a big part of my life. It has helped me through some hard times and I can't recommend it enough. I love seeing my progress and feeling sexy and confident during the hour long classes. Every instructor I have ever worked with has been so supportive and makes you feel so powerful and capable. A major highlight for me is the intimate classes. With only 5 poles in the studio, it makes every class feel personalized to you. Through my journey I have had instructors tailoring routines to my needs and ability while doing the same for the students around me. You will never feel like your money or time has been wasted, as every instructor does an amazing job with giving you the individual attention you need. I could go on but I highly recommend just checking it out for yourself. You will not regret it!

Me and a group of my girls went for a bachelorette trip, and this was the best thing that we did while in Charleston. It was most of our first time in Charleston, and I am glad we found Inversions! Super fun and brings everyone even closer together! 10/10 recommend

This place is amazing! I am on the older end of the clientele and have felt nothing but acceptance and encouragement! Sylvia, Mackenzie and Lisa are phenomenal instructors. I would 10/10 recommend classes here if you want to experience body acceptance and a FUN workout!

I cant say enough good things about Inversion. The entire staff is amazing and supportive! The members make you feel like family, the classes are so much fun and you are free to be yourself! I highly recommend women of all ages, no matter what your skill level is or isn’t, take a class. You will love it!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. We had a large bachelorette party with 17 people and the class ran so smoothly. It was fun, the instructors made us comfortable, and taught us so much. Between the floor work, pole moves, chair dances on the bride, and the props— it was everything we could have hoped for. They made sure to take pictures and videos for us. I highly recommend booking here if you’re looking for a great time and amazing memories with your friends. You won’t regret it!!

Came here on my bachelorette and can't express enough how much we all loved it!! No worry about feeling awkward, the staff makes you feel so comfortable and they're so fun! I would recommend them 1000%! I would definitely come back again!

Our bachelorette party did a 1 hour class with Sylvia and it was absolutely amazing! Sylvia was super fun and encouraging. She helped us all throughout the class and hyped us up so much that it made the experience 10x better than we expected. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back if we ever have another girls trip in the area!

We went for a fun girl’s weekend, and Inversions delivered!! We had a fantastic time with Sam who was skilled, kind, and a patient teacher, while also being super fun! The music choice was AWESOME and the whole studio’s vibe was great. Everything was kept super clean and professional, i cannot recommend them enough!

Lisa is a kind and extremely knowledge progression oriented instructor! The studio is very intimate with just five silver and chrome poles. They have really lovely mats for putting below the pole, making trying advanced tricks feel safer. It helped that Lisa was a great spot as well.

McKenzie was such a great instructor!! We had a very small group, no one had any idea on what we were doing and she made us feel very welcomed, comfortable, and powerful in our bodies! I can’t thank her enough for the great experience!

Our experience was more than we could have dreamed of! This was the best place for a bachelorette party dance class. We had so much fun and were so happy with the service. Everything was perfect: the music, the coaching, the lights, the atmosphere, the inclusivity, the cleaning standards, the photo opportunities! I highly recommend for anyone looking for a great experience like this.
