Me and a group of my girls went for a bachelorette trip, and this was the best thing that we did while in Charleston. It was most of our first time in Charleston, and I am glad we found Inversions! Super fun and brings everyone even closer together! 10/10 recommend

This place is amazing! I am on the older end of the clientele and have felt nothing but acceptance and encouragement! Sylvia, Mackenzie and Lisa are phenomenal instructors. I would 10/10 recommend classes here if you want to experience body acceptance and a FUN workout!

I cant say enough good things about Inversion. The entire staff is amazing and supportive! The members make you feel like family, the classes are so much fun and you are free to be yourself! I highly recommend women of all ages, no matter what your skill level is or isn’t, take a class. You will love it!

We also offer pole fitness, sensual dance movement classes, chair dancing, private birthday parties, private personal pole training and girl’s night out parties. All of our instructors are trained and certified through the Pole Fitness Alliance.
