I had a manufacturer issue with an item I bought from them almost a year ago, and they went out of their way to help me resolve the problem to the best of their ability. Also just a super cute store with lots of great items, and very helpful staff!

I just have to say first, that I am from Long Island, NY and seen a photo of THE MOST ADORABLE DRESS on IG from a cast member of Southern Charm. I could not find it on their website, so I DMed the store and Kaylee got right back to me and let me know they had 1 left and it was on sale. I immediately arranged a phone call so I made sure I could purchase this dress. (I needed it!!) Kaylee was so sweet and so accommodating and I received it in the mail a few short days later. I absolutely love it!! Thank you Kaylee and the rest of the staff at II Brunette’s Boutique!!

Great retail experience! Both stores are fabulous in Mt. Pleasant.... With a wide range of prices and great designer brands. The girls there are sweet, knowledgeable and positive! This is my go-to!

I’ve been shopping at ii brunettes for years and have never been disappointed! I really appreciate that they have a variety of price points on all of their inventory. They also sell so many of my favorite brands and even some new ones I’ve found from shopping there. employees are always super helpful and friendly. Most of all, they are always posting new inventory on the Instagram and website so I can see what is hitting the floor or in stock. Skip the congestion of king street and head to Mt P for Charleston’s best women’s boutique!

Two Brunettes is one of my most favorite places to shop. Their staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. I live in Greenville sc and their online ordering process is amazing. They even expedite shipping to get all your items on time. The staff is tremendously knowledgeable about sizes, fits, styles, etc. I have never had anything less than a 5 star experience there for over 10 years. If I could give more stars, I would! Love this place!!!!

Cute clothes but horrible at e-commerce. Asked for the measurements for a pair of shorts, and the employee gave me a size recommendation instead. So I purchased that size - which didn’t fit - and have to pay to continue to ship item back to them for correct size. Will end up spending $30+ just for shipping. That’s half the cost of the item I purchased! Will shop in person when in the Charleston area but never again online.

A lot of overpriced clothing that looks like costume wear for Little House on the Prairie. The staff was nice though, it's just not for everyone.

The clothes are really cute and the employees are friendly. Overall a great store but the return policy of only 7 day window is enough to make me not want to purchase anything again.
