Can I give more than 5 stars?! Easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a jewelry store. The two girls in the store, Mia and Jenna, were amazing. I went in looking for a beaded necklace in my colors (I’m a light spring) and Jenna helped me find a handful of options that would work for me. I am a very indecisive person and Jenna guided me towards the one that looked the best with my features; she was so knowledgeable!
I wanted to stack my new beaded necklace with others that I was already wearing and Jenna suggested I add an extender- 10/10 recommend because it gives you more options and you won’t be stuck with just the one length.
Also- Jenna helped me flip a necklace I had (unknowingly) been wearing backwards. Jenna, thank you for being the first person to actually say something and help me make it look right, I appreciate you!
Hermosa has my business from here on out! ?

I had a great time at the Mt. Pleasant location with my friend getting permanent bracelets/anklets. The staff is very professional and kind! They gently secured the product and let us move around before making the bracelet permanent. 10/10 I will be back

Hermosa has high quality, CUTE, one of a kind pieces! I got a permanent bracelet put on by Mia! Mia was so careful/gentle and had the best customer service and patience while I decided the length I wanted the bracelet to be. Hermosa is such a unique & special experience!

I am a long time customer of Hermosa. Their jewelry is very unique. I get compliments constantly on my statement necklaces and mussel earrings in particular. The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have done custom orders for me and called me when they have made something they know I will love. Both locations have an excellent selection always. I recommend them highly.

My friends and I went to get permanent bracelets a few weeks ago at the downtown location and had a great experience with Sarah and Regan helping us - they were super friendly and made exploring the shop and getting our new bracelets such a fun way to kickstart the weekend! Could not recommend Hermosa enough! Came to Charleston for a Bachelorette and booked a private party. The Hermosa girls were so great and made our experience so fun!! Our bracelets look so fantastic and the Hermosa girls helps us pick the perfect bracelets and the quality is fantastic! Run (don’t walk) to book your appointment!
