Vilmarie did a fabulous job helping us furnish our new home in Wild Dunes. We couldn’t have done it without her! It was under construction, and she timed the orders so it all arrived as the house was completed! First time new furniture shopping and I could not have asked for a better experience. I always dreaded the idea of furniture shopping and pushy sales people but that is not what you are going to find here. The staff here is extremely helpful and will answer any question you have. I will continue to come back here for all my furniture and décor needs.

I can’t speak on the quality of furniture right now as our couch has been delayed by no fault of Haven’s but the customer service is top notch. With our couch being delayed and Jordyn knowing we don’t have a couch at home, she went above and beyond to make sure we get a loaner couch in the interim! Go see Jordyn at Haven’s!I will update on the couch once we receive it!

We love Haven's! They have such a gorgeous selection of furniture and decor at very reasonable prices (and amazing sales!). We just purchased our sectional at the Memorial Day "scratch and dent sale" and got exactly what we wanted -- a gorgeous, performance fabric sectional that fits our home perfectly. Joy helped us throughout the process (and seeing her Facebook Live coverage of the event was what influenced us to pop in) -- grateful for such excellent customer service and thrilled to have this incredible local business in our hometown!

We were thrilled to work with Chelle at Haven's. She was instrumental in helping us select pieces for our new home. EVERYONE who visits us raves about our home and clearly it is due to Chelle's amazing eye for color, comfort and design. She is amazing and has a natural talent for home decor. Not only did I feel as though my wants and needs were met through their design team, I also found that their prices were so much more affordable than the competition. I've bought both a sofa and a sectional now at Haven's and have been very happy with the experience. The pieces themselves are great -- everything in-stock seems to already come in a performance fabric. There's always a beautiful selection that is in stock and ready for delivery but they do custom pieces as well. The sales team is super helpful and never pushy--I highly recommend!

I just moved into a home and basically started from scratch. I went to numerous stores before I felt like I was home walking into Haven's. They treated me like a friend and it was finally something affordable with an expensive look! The girls helped me furnish my entire home and I can't tell you how happy I am! 1000% recommend Haven's over an other option! You will get so many compliments on your home!

I was so pleased to find a place where I felt the furniture was affordable and a style I liked. I purchased a coffee table and sofa. The table remains fine but the sofa is awful. It pills, certain types of stains don't come out despite using instructions and products according to their suggestions. However, what I loved has turned to hate and frustration numerous times a day. The sofa cushions don't stay put. Every time you get up, they slide forward so you have to constantly be fixing them. In addition the back cushions which are attached are misshapen so it's no longer an appealing look.

I purchased a sofa and love seat and was told how wonderful the performance fabric is. It is not at all a fabric that you can clean easily. Hair sticks in the woven fabric, and dirt does not come out . The quality is poor but I needed something in a hurry. I regret buying them. I feel that I was lied to about the fabric and the ease of cleaning it. The store and staff are not what they used to be either. I used to enjoy looking around.

I originally left a review not recommending this store at the Summerville location. I had an unfortunate experience and aired my grievances in the review. Immediately the owner Angie responded and did everything possible to right the wrong. She was wonderful. I returned to the store another day and the ladies working, Michelle and Millie, had been aware of the situation. They welcomed me in with a smile, treated me with nothing but kindness and were incredibly helpful. This store is no doubt amazing. The decor and furniture pieces are simply gorgeous. Knowing how much the owner cares, how wonderful the staff is, how all they wanted to do was make me a happy customer, makes me want to recommend this store over and over again. They will always have me as a customer. I’m grateful for everyone’s help and kindness, thank you for going the extra mile! Your store and staff are lovely and I’m looking forward to purchasing more decor pieces for my home.

Haven Furniture is wonderful! We drove 2.5 hours from Hilton Head to buy our furniture here because Trooper Bob did a commercial and recommended them- and he was 100% right! They don’t have run of the mill, cookie cutter furniture like so many chain store; their furniture is stylish, unique and well built. We saw a couch there that we had not seen anywhere else and it was perfect for us and exactly what we had been looking for. Also found 2 end tables and another chair that work wonderfully in our home. Their staff is super helpful and friendly; they take their time to help you and make sure everything is done correctly. The next time we need furniture, we will surely be going back to Haven Furniture; they gained 2 lifetime customers with us!
