This pharmacy is absolutely amazing! Customer service is everything to me they provide just that. They are always willing to help and answer any questions! The wait time is minimal to none! I am always notified with my rx is ready or delayed to prevent unnecessary trips! I have transferred all of my family members rx from the nightmare pharmacy that we use to visit all to this pharmacy because of their great customer service! Way to go Bess and your awesome team!

Bess is THE BEST! I would give more stars if I could. She has always been incredibly kind and helpful even when working behind the counter alone. I won’t go anywhere else for my scripts as long as she’s there and I live where I do.

Was told by the manager to get out of her face, after she said something to me under her breath. I said, "Excuse me". She ignored me. I started to walk towards her, saying, pardon me, what did you say? She raised her hand to me with her palm facing me and said "GET OUT OF MY FACE!" This is from a manager, maybe she is in the wrong position. Customer service, there is none at this store b/c of the manager. I know HT won't do anything, but I will tell this story to everyone I meet for a period of time. No more HT for me

Wanted to give a shout out to the cashier/manager who assisted me at self checkout. My OCD/ADHD daughter was having a complete meltdown over her cookie cake not being exactly as she envisioned it and he did an outstanding job offering every possible assistance including trying to decorate it himself!! Thank you for being so kind❤️

Complete nightmare of a store. Customer service is horrible in the meat department, then their pharmacy is dreadful. This pharmacy told me they couldn’t do simple basic refills for me, because they’re too busy. So, I decided to quit taking all my medications, because I couldn’t get them refilled anyway, according to Harris Teeter Pharmacy. If I die, I die. It’s better than dealing with the stress and aggravation of this pharmacy. I emailed my doctor and told her no need to treat me any longer. Harris Teeter is too busy to refill medications. Pharmacies profit the most out of any industry in this country. Millions upon millions every year, but they won’t offer pharmacy techs $1 or $2 an hour more to keep a sufficient staff? Well pharmacies have driven me away from taking any medications anymore. Their service is so poor, and just as dangerous as me quitting my meds. But at least now I don’t have the constant battle of trying to get basic refills from incompetent people.

The Pharmacists here have gone over and beyond to provide excellent customer service, especially during the pandemic. Under extra stress of the times, they have been there for us. Thank you to all of them .

Very frustrated and disappointed at service here. My prescription was to arrive last week. I made 5 calls hand was told it was all FedEx's fault. Today, I was told the medicine left there 2 days ago so I'm on my own.

I normally do not leave bad reviews, but in this situation I will. This individual was VERY unprofessional her name is Jenny, and she treated my husband with ABSOLUTE disrespect. I understand that when filling a prescription in a different state there are different laws. But that wasn't the case in this situation. After speaking to the store manager he informed us that if "the pharmacist doesn't feel like filling the prescription then basically she doesn't have to". The medication my husband takes you can't just stop taking it, it has harmful effects if its not taken as prescribed. Long story short she said he couldn't get it filled that day (Eventhough he was completely out) that it was a day early and infact it was a day over due. But we went to a different pharmacy and they filled it without any problems nor questions because the pharmacist there knew he needed his medication.

I am posting this one star review due to the pharmacy. I am on vacation and had to have my anxiety med prescription transferred from nc to here. It was due to be filled on the 27th as it was a 25 day supply. The pharmacist Jenn treated me like i was a drug addict when i told her i was out of my medication and it was not something i can just stop taking as the side effects could potentially be deadly. She refused to fill my prescription stating that it would be against the law. She told me i picked up my meds on the 3rd when my bottle clearly states the 2nd. After getting the store manager involved he was nice but basically said it was up to jenn. I resolved this issue at a dif harris teeter not even 10 min away without any problems.

Bad experience in Harris Teeter today... After getting a haircut and voting I went shopping. Last day for $20 coupon. As I approached checkout I looked over the flyer to see if I missed anything. I did, eggs. Picked up the eggs and went directly to check out. Cashier proceeded to ring me up and I said, "can I have my flyer?" She said there was no flyer. I know it was right on top of my items. Of course, we looked, nothing. Mgr. said nothing could be done. I was so upset I walked out.... I hate to be ugly but I really think the cashier took the flyer and she thought old lady won't know.

My husband and I just left there. Apparently employees are not being informed about how to properly wear masks. Our cashier had his mouth covered but not his nose. Two behind him had them hanging around their chin. The man in the meat department had it around his neck. Two stock clerks wearing them pulled them down to speak to customers, and another was filling a customer order with it under her chin. If Harris Teeter won't take this seriously, we can shop at the stores that will. Publix, Aldi, and Trader Joe are doing the right thing. This is a serious pandemic that will not end without help from us all.

This location is well stocked and clean. The staff can be questionable at times but overall good.
