I went to the Harris Teeter Pharmacy on Hwy 41. I took in a Rx card from a savings program. The Pharmacist on duty was totally clueless. Customer service is poor!! Never again!!

Store is going downhill definitely due to lazy management...Deli slow and they make you feel annoyed when asking for help/cut meats. Pharmacy doesn't answer phones as should (No didn't call during lunch break) been this way for years. Also never any baggers so super slow checkouts. There are employees here thst are super nice though...just not everyone and pretty easy to spot.

If you need the HT pharmacy at SC-41 to update a discount card or insurance info make sure you come on a day when Tom isn't working. I can recount several visits over the past couple years where he yells, argues, and even screams that I'm wrong and he is correct. Funny fact is that if I come back the next day when hes not working, the ladies on staff are able to take my info and actually do the job and I'm out in 5 minutes. Tom believes he's some kind of all knowing Oracle and wont listen to get your information at all. I have literally been in a conversation with him where he will scream "NEXT!" simply because two minutes is way too long for a customer interaction.I am leaving HT Pharmacy on 41 just because I cant deal with Toms superior attitude. If Tom could listen to his customers and care like his colleagues do, maybe he would be less angry and save everyone's time, including his! Harsh words held back.

Hi folks just a little note to share with seniors and everyone else,,if your looking for a good pharmacy that caters to your needs and welfare you have to try the all newly staffed Harris Teeter Pharmacy I am so impressed with the kindness and warmth I have received and many others will agree this is the best pharmacy in Mt.pleasant, the staff will answer all your questions and help you with your needs, there kind efficient and up to date on your meds, I honestly looked for a pharmacy that could treat me like a human being they go beyond that the friendly staff is always ready to help you with kind and knowledgeable service and by the way say hello to Julian the tech ,he is an outstanding kind warm and ready to serve you with a smile and knowledgeable service ,really you should give them a try ,I know how hard it is to find a good Pharmacy, we'll try this one you will not be disappointed ?

The customer service at this location is absolutely horrendous. I came in to get a prescription for my son. I asked politely for details for my prescription so I could load it into GoodRx. I was given half of the name of the medication, and asked to move off to the side after a minute because there was a line. The head pharmacist was finally helpful in showing me the bottle so I could actually find the correct medication. Meanwhile the lady who asked us to move off to the side proceeded to help an elderly lady step by step through GoodRx with her prescription for TWENTY MINUTES. I guess it's acceptable to ask a father with two children to move off to the side and figure it out for himself, but when comes time to help the elderly let's bend over backwards to help them. This pharmacy should be incredibly ashamed of their poor customer service. If you don't want to help everybody out equally then maybe you should consider another profession where you don't have to deal with people. Pathetic. This Harris teeter's grocery store is always incredibly helpful and super friendly. The pharmacy could learn something from the rest of their colleagues.

We’re lucky in Mt Pl to have a plethora of very good grocery stores to choose from . We’ve really hit the jackpot with our River Towne Place Harris Teeter. I do believe the RTP store is the best of the best ???

This pharmacy is in serious need of improvement. My 18 month old son was diagnosed with an ear infection yesterday at 3pm. His pediatrician ordered the RX for amoxicillin antibiotic right in front of me and told me it should be ready for pick it soon. I arrived at the pharmacy to pick it up a little after 6pm. I was told they could not even find my son in the system, which is impossible. I was polite and decided to look into it. By the time I confirmed the RX should in fact be there, the pharmacy closed at 7pm. I called at 9:30am this morning and politely asked if my son's RX was ready. The man on the phone said oh yes, I found it this morning. Come on over and we'll have it ready. I arrived at 10am and the man I spoke to was not there. There was no line and I still had to wait. Finally, the pharmacist came to counter and interrupted me and asked for my son's name, insurance card and birth date. He told me it will be 10 mins. 20 minutes later I arrive at pick up and am ignored for a couple of minutes until I am told by a lady working there that it still has to be mixed. So I had to wait more. I was incredibly patient and polite throughout. My son was in a lot of unnecessary pain last night and I did not sleep well. When I arrived home there was no dispenser in the bag for the RX and this was an infants medication. There was no line, none of the people I interacted with were friendly and no apologies were given. Very unprofessional!

Dropped off a prescription for one pill at 12:30, needed it for my apt at 3:00, cant fill it until the pharmacist gets off lunch break at 2:30, awesome

I went to this pharmacy in the morning, 2 hours after my prescription should have been filled and it wasn't ready. They told me to come back in "about 15 minutes" one the pharmacist was off the phone and helped the customer in front of me. I left and came back in the evening when I had to wait for a while and then when I asked the lady helping me if my $3 off GoodRx coupon would work (on a $6 prescription), the pharmacist (male, don't know his name) scoffed at that. He wasn't even the one helping me and it was incredibly rude. He doesn't know what I can or can't afford or the circumstances so he should never judge. Terrible service and they need to find a new pharmacist at this location.

Best grocery store. The tomahawk pork chops are terrific. Nice meat selection. I'm there several times a week.
