I hate to be a Debbie Downer but this HT just doesn't do it for me. The prices seem higher and they're (too) often out of stock of many of the items I want. The employees are neither friendly, nor helpful. Also, I don't understand why HT doesn't have touchless pay so I can pay with my phone. Not happy!

I went to the butcher at my regular Harris Teeter on 41 in Mt P asking about a particular cut of pork- he told me no-not possible- fortunately found it at the Publix where they were happy to provide the cut I was looking for ...thanks Publix for great customer service...I guess I've found a new regular market and butcher shop.

Complete nightmare of a store. Customer service is horrible in the meat department, then their pharmacy is dreadful. This pharmacy told me they couldn't do simple basic refills for me, because they're too busy.So, I decided to quit taking all my medications,because I couldn't get them refilled anyway,according to Harris Teeter Pharmacy. If I die, I die.It's better than dealing with the stress andaggravation of this pharmacy. I emailed my doctorand told her no need to treat me any longer. HarrisTeeter is too busy to refill medications. Pharmacies profit the most out of any industry in this country. Millions upon millions every year, but they won't offer pharmacy techs $1 or $2 an hour more to keep a sufficient staff? Well pharmacies have driven me. away from taking any medications anymore. Their service is so poor, and just as dangerous as me quitting my meds. But at least now I don't have the constant battle of trying to get basic refills from incompetent people.

Kyle is the most consistent person in that store. He is always courteous, pleasant and helpful. I think i would change my pharmacy if he was not there!! Laura is super pleasant on the phone but I have not met her. Harris Teeter keep it up!!!

I really like this Harris Teeter in Mount Pleasant. This Teeter seems to have its own unique flavor from all of the other Harris Teeters in the area. The location is very convenient and easy to get to off of Highway 17 and the shopping center the store is in always seems to have plenty of parking available. I like the way that this store is organized as everything is well organized and all of the sections are well marked and what you are looking for is easy to find. The store is very clean and well maintained and run. The staff here is very consistent and helpful in making sure that you have the best shopping experience and will stop what they are doing to help you if you are in need of assistance. I have always found exactly what I wanted at a great price here.

We have lived here for 7 1/2 years now. Harris Teeters was close and a no-brainer as a go to for just about everything as we could reach it by car or our golf cart. Here we are and I can tell you, we are treated like family. From Trevor "The Man" at the Starbucks inside, to Dan and his staff at the pharmacy, to Ev who always provides sunshine with her beautiful smile and Billy Ford, who runs the place. Every time I see him I say "Still running like a well-oiled machine". We exchange grins. You can get fresh pizzas right out of the oven, there's a Salad Bar, an Asian Bar and a Southern Food Bar all freshly stocked and my all-time favorite, buy 2-two pound bags of large shrimp and get 3 bags free. Our freezer is stocked every time Billy puts on this sale. And there are many others like it (see Diet Coke for my bride) But this place is far from a machine. They are my neighbors and my friends. I am honored to recommend the Rivertowne Harris Teeters for all of your needs.

The bathroom was disgusting there was no toilet tissue In either stalls the trash was over flowing. The food bar had flies landing all over the food the store needs to maintained a lot better than it was that day

Love this store, very clean and friendly. The deli is consistently the slowest experience you will ever have! Takes up to 20 min to get 3 half pounds of meat.

I wish they had more deals and sales, I prefer Publix more because they have more BOGO deals than Harris teeter. But their hot lunch buffet is amazing! It's like a restaurant in there!
