1440 Ben Sawyer Blvd #900, Mt Pleasant“Great workouts, great instructors, great atmosphere. Workouts each week are always different and constantly challenging. I have always loved working out but started facing challenges with surgical menopause and not feeling great about the changes that came with it ie weight gain. Burn was the change my body needed to start seeing progress in the right direction. Love it!”

620 Long Point Rd Unit M, Mt Pleasant“I’ve been a member at PWR for a year now. I’ve tried many gyms in the past, but would get bored and plateau. With PWR, I’ve really enjoyed the variety and challenge. Each week’s workouts are efficiently structured so you hit total body with a combination of cardio and strength. The training even prepared me to do my first HYROX competition! The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and focus on technique. Also the class sizes are small, so it often feels like personal training (a great value!). The coaches also do a great job of fostering community. Coming to a new gym can be intimidating, but here you really feel surrounded by amazing people of all fitness levels who want to get stronger and encourage each other. So thankful I found my gym home!”

517A Wando Ln, Mt Pleasant“The manager told me it was in bad business to let me sign up and I can't thank her enough for that!!!
So.. I was turned away! Was told not to sign up, I'm new to the area and haven't driven across that bridge in rush hour.
Hopefully y'all do a competition I'd love to come and compete and support your gym! It looks amazing and I'm sure with that kind of leadership your gym has fantastic culture!”
“F45 is one of my favorite workouts in the area. I love the station set up of each workout and how you get to move around the room. All the instructors are motivating and helpful with notifications and form. I love the welcoming community vibe to the studio and really enjoy going.”
“Continually impressed with every workout here at this OTF location! Ashley and her team are fantastic. I went from an occasional workout here and there to a minimum of 3-4 times a week. Just hit a new all out PR this morning!”

“I’ve dropped into a bunch of CF gyms in my time and CF Park West is definitely top of the list. The box is super nice, great open space, plenty of rack space and a huge turf area for sled pulls etc . The coaches/owners were super welcoming and friendly. The community was also very friendly and not intimidating, there are some serious athletes there but no one seemed to take themselves too seriously. It was a pleasure working out at CrossFit Park West over the last few weeks and I’m looking forward to coming back!”

1440 Ben Sawyer Blvd Suite 1500, Mt Pleasant“We had a fantastic experience at The Barre Code - Mount Pleasant! We attended a Brawl class here as part of my bachelorette weekend in Charleston. The studio was incredibly accommodating for our medium-sized group of mostly inexperienced attendees. They helped us schedule, made sure we were supported during the class, and even provided cute gifts for me as the bride! The workout itself was tough but fun. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone in the area looking for a new fitness experience or for any travelers looking for a fun activity!”

493 La Mesa Rd # D, Mt Pleasant“I've taken jazzercise at this center for over 16 years. I can't say enough good things about this center. The instructors are fantastic and there are so many class times and formats for us to choose from (and even some classes are on live stream). They really make it easy for you to make a class. Instructors are encouraging and motivating and just try to make your workout fun (and it is). I like the low impact version of most routines, but the instructors always show both low and high impact options. If you are looking for a new workout I would highly recommend trying jazzercise. Not only will you get a good workout but you will meet friends for life!”
“I started going to HY/LO classes after joining Class Pass and honestly fell in love with it. The atmosphere is inviting and laid back. All of the instructors i've had so far have been helpful, motivating and overall positive. It's a great vibe, positive atmosphere and the workouts vary depending on your level of preferred intensity. I alternate between the HY and LO classes. The instructors push you in a way that helps you to get a truly great workout in. I'm impressed!”

488 La Mesa Rd, Mt Pleasant“I lifted at Vanguard while I was in town for a month. It was super easy to get a 1-month membership and accessing the facility was straight forward. Communication was very easy and response time was almost immediate. The gym itself was in fantastic condition, the aesthetics were an added bonus, and I found everything I needed with ease. All the members I met were helpful and kind. I really enjoyed my time here and was sad to leave!”

102 Pitt St, Mt Pleasant“The Post House Inn, nestled beneath Spanish moss in the Old Village of Mount Pleasant, was a wonderful setting for an anniversary getaway. The retro coastal interior inspired us to relax and leave our worries at the door. Our room was small but cozy, with thoughtful touches from a design and hospitality perspective, including two glasses of Prosecco waiting for us when we arrived. The room was surprisingly soundproof from the interior hallway, although we did catch some noise from the kitchen/dining room below in the morning. The bed was luxurious and we slept like babies with heavy drapes/shutters shielding us from the morning sunshine. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast basket left outside our door which contained hot coffee, fresh fruit, yogurt, and muffins. We made use of the loaner bikes in the morning and enjoyed cruising down to Pitt Street bridge, located just about a mile away from the Inn. Our only less than stellar experience was brunch, which we felt was overpriced for what we ordered (~$50 for two breakfast entrees and one coffee), and was not included in the price of our stay. Overall, highly recommend a stay at the Post House Inn - just consider skipping brunch. We will be back! ”
“Friendly staff, plenty of space on the weight floor and separate rooms here and there which come in handy for stretching out. However, I have twice been kicked out of a space by trainers who wanted their client to use it. The trainer I've worked with for years at my home gym never did this - we either reordered our planned exercises or adjusted our equipment choice.”
“OTF Charleston is a fantastic studio. I’ve been to multiple different Orangetheory’s across the country and this studio is by far the best one I have visited. Great coaches. Great crew. Very friendly.”

3301 Stockdale St Unit B, Mt Pleasant“Thomas is the BEST! I am an older client (80 years old) who dislikes any exercise but thinks I need to “use it or lose it.” Thomas has planned a routine to help me become more flexible, and hopefully to continue to move around. He is patient and encouraging trainer and I highly recommend Thomas!!”
“Great gym. Been going here for 4 years. Brandon the AGM is awesome! A lot of parking, good selection of weights, and the turf is awesome for alternative workouts.”
“This is by far the cleanest, well maintained, organized most pleasant planet fitness I have ever been to. I have been to many for California, New York,Miami (the worst), Canada, Texas .
Congrats to whoever owns this franchise. Stupendous job. ?”
“Iron Tribe Gym isn't just a place to lift weights; it's where we forge strength, resilience, and an unbreakable spirit. Everyone, including coaches and other gym members, are very helpful and enthusiastic about pushing each other to unfathomable outcomes. With each workout, I'm not only shaping my body but also building the determination to face life's hurdles. This place isn't just a gym; it's a community where we empower each other. ??️♂️?”
