Shaina was very attentive when I began looking at shoes . She suggested several pairs to try on and helped me with my final choice of a pair of Paloma Barcelo sandals .
Very friendly and knowledgeable.
This was my first visit to Gwymn’s and Can’t wait to return When I visit Charleston again.

Gwynn's always has a great selection and provides exceptional service. I have a hard time finding sizes for my petite frame and they have a team of stylists that really understand sizing and proper fit. I highly recommend making an appointment with Shaina for any styling needs. She has a great eye and knows her products. I'm so thankful to have a reputable, locally-owned department store!

Absolutely love Gwynn's - such quality - especially in the infant/children's items. Always amazed at the selections - my grandchildren love everything I get them!!! Susan Seeger such a lovely person and always soo helpful!! Every trip I make to Charleston from Little River includes a mush trip to Gwynn's. ❤️

I was actually referred to Gwynn's by a retail merchant I intended to do with business while on vacation in Charleston only to learn they didn't have their own brick and mortar location when I arrived. I know they have a number of retailers within their channel so to call out Gwynn's specifically must be indicative of something so I took the drive to neighboring Mt. Pleasant.
At every touch point: Women's clothing, Women's shoes, and beauty & cosmetics, I encountered warm, friendly sales associates representing mostly brand lines that are already familiar to me as well as a few new ones I'd like to become familiar with. But the absolute standout of my visit to Gwynn's by far was Shaina H. Shaina's well poised, yet down to earth style drew me in immediately. She took the time to explain the benefits of being a virtual customer (I live out of state) and allowed me to dabble in what the customer experience would be on the occasions I'd be vacationing and could therefore shop in-store. Shaina's gift is that she takes the time to get to know the customer as an individual verses calculating sales in a preemptive or forceful manner. I left feeling as if I'd gained a new good friend. She even bookmarked restaurant recommendations and helped me get oriented with the area.
Shaina, you can count me in on your book of business, from here forward! I couldn't help but tell others I encountered on my vacation that they should stop by Gwynn's and shop with you! I'm an awful packer so at least I know if I forget to pack something for vacation, I can come by and visit with you to get all the beautiful wears that I would need!

If you live in Charleston/Mount Pleasant and don't shop in Gwynn's, go immediately. If you are visiting, go ASAP. the store is "old time" service and style. Be sure to meet Richard in shoes and Nadine in ladies.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Gwynn's over the Christmas Holiday. The staff was extremely kind, considerate, and helpful during my visit. Shanna stood out the most during my visit. She walked me through the process when setting up my account, and made me feel at home. Five Stars all day, and will visit again.
