I have recently re-joined Gold’s Gym Coleman Blvd. I am extremely happy to be able to take group classes again that are amazingly effective and add a strong element of safety; Pam, Jeanne Anne, and Lois’ classes in particular! I do truly wish Gold’s would have more of these types of classes versus the uniformed, patented, costly to the gym, class. Sadly the patented type classes fill valuable times, class spaces from what I believe should be much safer, whole body, easily altered for different individuals’ needs workouts. The type of class I am describing which I feel are best (non-patented) are offered with very low frequency at GOLDS, requiring I pay more money and search for a more well-rounded, safe group exercise classes in addition to my GOLD’S membership. If you want a workout that requires very little thinking, little stretching and not alterable take Body Pump or another patented, very structured class. It is a shame money is once again more important than safety and enjoyment while trying to help our community to be safer and healthier.

Bought a day pass today to use the sauna for 15 minutes, I put my things in a locker, hopped in the sauna and came back to $300 dollars being stolen out of my wallet

Friendly staff, plenty of space on the weight floor and separate rooms here and there which come in handy for stretching out. However, I have twice been kicked out of a space by trainers who wanted their client to use it. The trainer I've worked with for years at my home gym never did this - we either reordered our planned exercises or adjusted our equipment choice.

I pretty much just have a membership so I can use their sauna. I'm not really into lifting weights. the music is stupid and too loud so that's another reason I don't usually leave the bathroom when I'm there. the only bad thing is that if you leave your hotdog snack on the treadmill by accident, they will throw it away instead of putting in the lost in found.

Just joined and I am thrilled that I found this gym. I check out a bunch of duds prior to finding Gold’s. I moved here from Pittsburgh and was a member of a full service gym and everything else paled in comparison big this location is awesome. Nice clean equipment. Clean locker rooms and lots of space to get fit. Also large saunas for those who love them.
Update 5-10-23 this place is headed down hill fast. Dirty and very unkept. Lots of broken machines often, filthy bathrooms, molded rags that keep flooding from rusted door.

Gold's is a very decent gym - there are the expected issues of equipment needing repair and poor gym etiquette (sitting on a bench or machine on your phone while others are waiting for ex.) - the biggest thing that affects me negatively is the volume of the music - too loud most of the time - why?

Loved this gym. Friendly staff and lots of space. They also have a sauna! Even when crowded there’s enough room for everyone to do their own thing

One of the best gyms I've worked out in, based on variety of equipment and layout. Day passes were also easy to buy and staff was super friendly. I was visiting but if I lived here I'd be a member.

In town for a week on business. Really appreciated the opportunity for a week pass instead of individual days. Thank you. Front desk was friendly and super helpful. We had all the equipment we needed - for a "general" workout and powerlifter training. The gym was clean and spread out. It was crowded one day but, what gym isn't? I'll definitely come back during future trips.
