I am 48 and love to run/ walk. Like most gals my age, I have a couple of issues that make shoe fit very important. The analysis that Fleet Feet provides, as well as the very detailed assistance from the staff is wonderful. I just took my latest pair up the bridge for the first time, and it was wonderful!

I came in with my daughter who needed new running shoes after breaking her ankle in February. Our guy was so good with the details about the shoes and she loves the shoes and the inserts that she needed for her very high arch.

The CHS Fleet Feet family of stores will always be a go to for me and my family. It doesn’t matter where we are in the US, we will call these stores to place our shoes, clothing, gear, and accessories orders for shipment to us. Customer service is immaculate, in person and over the phone. I called on Monday, Aug 12, to place an over the phone order for a pair of the Original Oofos to be sent to my MIL in Florida. The call took 8 minutes total, from asking if they had the size, the Fit Associate confirming they had, retrieval of shipping address, and processing my payment over the phone. Efficiency at its best for a phone order. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Shopping with them also ensures that no matter how far away we are, we still do our part to support Fleet Feet’s commitment to Charleston and the surrounding communities. Thank you always!

Great options for Youth! I have a middle school cross country runner. Fleet Feet had many options from which to choose for him. We had a great experience; he enjoyed the foot/fit computer modeling.

Fleet Feet has a knowledgeable and friendly staff. They carry a wide selection of running shoes, clothing, and accessories. Eryn and Joelle are great.
The entire Fleet Feet staff is active in the running community with local fun runs and races. I always enjoy the Fleet Feet events.

I have always loved Fleet Feet but my most recent visit was particularly positive. I had done a little bit of research going in but Carter was a wealth of knowledge. It was all very helpful information that was presented with such passion that made me believe he loved his job and made me excited to receive my new shoes. While my size was not in stock, I appreciate the option of being able to order any of the available colors and have the shoes delivered. I love to support local and love to support the amazing staff of the Mt. Pleasant Fleet Feet.

So, I ran out of dry socks! Chris at Fleet Feet went out of his way to help me out. I'm working as security for The Weather Channel while they cover Tropical Storm Debby. A couple hours in the rain will soak your socks well and through. Chris, that was working August 6th 2024 l, answered the phone 2 minutes to close and offered to stay open a little later so I could come by and get some dry socks. He is a blessing to myself and genuinely pleasant to talk to. I hope myself or someone else gets to return the favor to him. Thank you Chris

Joelle is fantastic! My daughter was getting fitted for new running shoes and we had the pleasure of Joelle helping us. She was so kind and thorough in explaining all of the fittings and options available.
