Been through here twice and both times it's made the sides of my car look great, but somehow completely leaves the top and back of my car still looking dirty — like, shockingly dirty lol it looks like it isn't even touched. 1st time was bummed, 2nd time decided I won't be coming back, would rather go somewhere more effective.

Just went through to get my car washed after a few days of rain. Bought the most expensive wash ($24) and it couldn’t even get the dirt off. The grill looks untouched. Save yourself the money and go do it yourself elsewhere.

Expensive for what you get. $21 for the mid-tier wash, no pre-wash or scrub from the attendants.

When this place opened it was great, but lately it has been on a steady decline. I had to guide myself on the belt while the employee waived me in from the office. Both mat machines have been out of order and worse than that, the vacuum was barely working and most of them were not working at all. Train, train, train, if it was easy everyone would do it. Wont be back

I had an incident while I was ubering, and a rider left a huge mess in my back seat (we will leave it at that). I showed up to fins car wash and a young man name Peyton approached me (clearly seeing I was freaking out about the mess in my car) and he helped me take care of it.If the owner or manager sees this review, Peyton deserves a raise, or a bonus at least! He is the reason why I will be returning to Finn’s every week now to wash my car.I appreciate the help peyton, even though you didn’t have to!

This place has gone downhill recently. The video screen showing the wash you paid for and instructions stopped working and a Neutral sign taped over it. The vacuum hoses are falling off and half are taped up and missing. Today there were no towels to dry the drops of water that leave water spots on my windows and mirrors. I know times are tough, but I expect better from a $20 automatic car wash.
