Total waste of time. I made an appointment a week ago for repair my car after an accident. During the online scheduling, you have to select what insurance company you're with. Despite listing the insurance company while scheduling, no one from Classic Collision ever reached out to inform me that they did not work that company, nor does it say that on their website. I took time away from my job and showed up on time for my appointment, only for them to be super dismissive and say they couldn't help me. Very disappointing customer service.

I am only giving a 1 star because I have to,my car was not professionally completed,Tackey work my hood has a hude gap and black glue is holder the grill, also the crome molding is scratched still. Who in their right mind think this is acceptable. I asked Travelers to send my car to baker for repairs, he promised it was just there so the adjuster could look at the vehicle. Folks be aware stay away.

Had a scratched and dented door, tried to charge me +$7000 for a double door replacement, would not work with me for an alternative. Felt legitimately scammed.

Took way longer than I was told originally. I called a week in to get an update and was told car had just been sitting there. Reminded them I was in a rental and was assured it wouldn't take more than 3 weeks. Asked for periodic updates, received none until I complained for 5th time at the very end of service - received 1 text and phone call. Rental eventually ran out, had so much trouble getting my insurance company to extend. Manager never called me back even though I left 4 messages for him. Had car for month and a half. Really disappointed with this service. Was involved in hit and run so after having to pay out of pocket for this was really beat down by the way this ship handled the situation. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND caliber collision in Savannah hwy. Someone else hit me a couple months prior and they had the car back in a week and a half, gave updates & were so helpful and understanding. Washed and detailed it for me completely.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The exceptional service I had is because of Max! Max promptly and enthusiastically helped me and I believe he is an honest man! Max went above and beyond to make sure I understood what needed to be done to my bumper and did an excellent job repairing it! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. If i could give zero star, i would. I made an appointment in June for August 2. I emailed early morning the day before, to let them know i would be dropping the truck off that night. I didn't get an email back and when i called the next morning (the day of my appointment) they told me they couldn't look at my truck until the end of the week, if not next week. I called back two days later to see when they were going to start on the truck and was told it was in work status. I was without a car for two days because i couldn't pickup the rental until it was in being worked on status. I was told that they would bring the truck in and call with an update but that never happened. After 10 days and getting the run around, no one calling back, including the manager Josh. I finally was told by Max to come get the truck because they couldn't get it done in my timeline and it would be 2 to 3 more weeks (not a big job at all). INSANE!!! Since they never looked at the truck in 10 days, now the insurance company is giving me a hard time about paying my rental. The lack of communication and lies is unbelievable. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!!As I appreciate your response below, lets not spread misinformation. If your short staffed, why are you taken on more work than you can handle. If I make an appointment in mid June for August 2 and you keep the truck for 10 days but never look at it and then say it could be another 2 to 3 weeks, there is something wrong. As far as the delay in parts which could happen and would only be valid if you actually took the truck in and looked at it and ordered parts. That didnt happen. Finding such a high level of customer service and honesty is very rare these days from our experience. My wife had scraped my son's new college graduation present (2022 Tacoma) against the wood frame on our garage door leaving what looked like scratches and paint removed from the painted flare. Max King took a look at it and determined that he could remove the paint left from the garage door frame with a cleaner and it would show little or no noticeable damage to the flare. To our amazement it worked and he did not even charge us, it would have cost us $500 or more to paint and replace the flare. Not only did Max treat us right, but before our appointment with him, I listened to his conversation with a female client needing her car repaired and I was really impressed with Max's attention to detail and his interaction with this client, like I wrote above, service and honesty like this is rare to find these days.............

Very trustworthy and delivers service as promised. Staff listened to my concerns and worked with my availability to get the job done. Being a single mom with one car available at my disposal, I had to factor in renting a car. With that in mind, Max was able to cut down on parked time on the lot. He patiently explained what would be needed and gave me realistic estimates. No major surprises at the end. Excellent job done with honesty and care. He even saved the photo of the interior for me to see where the damage could not be seen from the initial estimate. I could not have asked for better service. I felt that the staff prioritized customer's voice and concerns where clients are able to walk away with trust - this, from what I witnessed as I was waiting my turn. Another huge plus is the Enterprise car rental nearby. They will pick you up from Classic Collision to the rental office and leave the rental car at Classic Collision when you are ready to pick up your fixed car. Enterprise will take care of the rest.Service: Body & Trim

Picked up my car yesterday after a deer ran in to me a couple of weeks ago. The work looked good but when I turned my wing mirror indicator on it wasn’t working. Went back into the office and someone who worked told me that it was a 90 day code and that it hadn’t worked in over 90 days. I told him it was working when I brought the car in but he basically called me a liar. So I called the insurance company and now have to take the car to Baker to go get fixed. I should have taken it there in the first place.

I had a mishap getting out of my garage this morning. I stopped by Classic Collision to get an estimate. I was greeted by Adam. Oh my gosh! Amazing service....he looked at the damage, came back to the car and cleaned away what I thought was bad!!! I'm heading to their other locale to connect with his recommendation Bernard to buff out the scuff! Honest business! This is so great! While I hope to not have an accident; this is the place to go for repairs! 5 stars
