With my gym memberships in the past I would ultimately always get burnt out and need something new. After 2.5 years at F45 Mt. Pleasant I continue to love the workouts and look still look forward to going each day. Thankful for the F45 coaches and community for always pushing me to work harder and see results.

F-45 is an outstanding gym with fantastic trainers. The workouts consistently vary so you never feel like you are working the same muscles day to day. The trainers get to know you on a personal level and take the time to help you improve. I would recommend this gym to any one; even the straight Cardio classes.
