Over the past 4 years I’ve taken my cars here for all levels of repairs / maintenance and have always been impressed with the quality of work. Equally as important is their level of communication...which has always been superior and beyond what I have experienced with other shops (including dealership).

For the past 3 years I’ve been bringing my older E320 to Exclusively European for routine maintenance and some other items that needed to be completed like steering fluid replacement and AC repair. The service work is excellent, the staff is accommodating, they explain everything in detail and the cost is always reasonable. Thank you to everyone at Exclusively European for keeping my car on the road. They are the best!

They serviced my car and lost my BMW wheel lock key, I just tried to get tire rotation in Atlanta and they can’t get it done without this. I called this shop to advise today, the lady on the call was nice, but I am still frustrated this costing me inconvenience & money to resolve. The negligence is ridiculous.

Always transparent with their diagnosis, clear explanations and pricing up front. Professional, courteous and friendly. The repairs are complete and my car is functioning well due to excellent work and service. I appreciate the transportation to work after my car is dropped off for repairs.

Unhappy. Brought the vehicle in for a very specific issue. I communicated the issue at the time of scheduling and was told the part would be available at my scheduled appointment 8 or so days later. I dropped the car off the afternoon before the 8 AM appointment. No communication until just before 2 PM with a maintenance synopsis. No mention the main issue had not been addressed. I was informed on arrival that approval was needed to order the part. I now have to return for the repair that should have been performed. The service has always been exceptional but this visit was not good; I would assume the part needed was identified by 9 or 10 AM - was not ordered, no communication, and another day to be expended, not acceptable.

Mechanical repairs excellent. Tool damaged to hood required repainting. After two tries could not match the paint. Very disappointed. They need to use a better shop. The provided rental car was a disgrace. Filthy dirty inside (sticky steering wheel, goldfish crackers everywhere, used bandaid on the floor) car leaked oil on my driveway . I returned it early. Exclusively European missed on all accounts.

Repairs completed on time and the work was completed successfully. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. They provide clear explanations as to the work they performed.
Quality work for a reasonable price with a guarentee. I trust them.

I have a different perspective from many of Exclusively European's loyal customers. At 14, I began pumping gas, checking oil, washing windshields, and checking tire pressures of cars driven by customers of the well-known Shore Brothers' Gulf service station in Winston-Salem, NC. My stepfather and his brother owned and operated Shore Brothers at the corner of First Street and Hawthorne Road, just below Baptist Hospital and Bowman Gray School of Medicine, for nearly 50 years. Their success was based on a "customer first" mentality that led to customer trust and loyalty.
When my wife and I moved back to the SC in 1999, I told a friend in the automotive business that I was concerned about finding someone trustworthy to maintain our BMWs. He told me the best BMW shop in SC opened the previous year in Mount Pleasant. That shop, Exclusively Bimmers, turned out to be only minutes from our home. "Customer first" was the feeling I got the first time I took my BMW to Exclusively Bimmers, the shop that BMW guru, Dennis Walczuk opened in Mount Pleasant in 1998.
Today, 25 years later, the shop's name has changed to Exclusively European out of demand by customers who own BMWs and at least one other European-made car. While the name has changed, the "customer first" mentality has not. Paul Davis, Walczuk's first employee 25 years ago, is now General Manager of the operation and the staff has grown to 11 full-time employees, all with special knowledge of European cars.
In 2011, I was winding down to retirement, when Dennis called and asked if I could help him find someone to assist him on the desk as he dealt with some health issues. I offered to help him until he found the right person for the job. Six months later, when he was faced with two significant and unexpected health issues back-to-back, I ended up staying with him longer than expected. I learned from behind the desk that “customer first” was not just marketing jargon to Walczuk and Davis. Dennis, Paul, and their team have built an auto maintenance and repair shop that could be a role model for how such a shop should be operated.
Today, Exclusively European maintains our BMW wagon and Porsche Macan S. Having been a customer for 25 years and once having worked behind the desk, I have no hesitancy in highly recommending them to anyone with a European vehicle. Exclusively European is the epitome of how every automotive maintenance and repair shop should be operated; with integrity, and always with the customer’s welfare at the top of mind.
