I usually take forever to make a decision. Jane at the Mt. Pleasant Ethan Allen was so helpful and patient. She has a wonderful design sense and helped guide me through choosing a color pallet that was exactly what I was imagining. Anyone who’s had to choose a white paint color knows how difficult it can be to pick the right white. She was amazing and pulled it all together. I love my EA chairs, you can’t beat the quality and durability.

It has been a true pleasure working with Jane Neal, design consultant, at the Mt. Pleasant, SC, Ethan Allen location. Purchasing new furniture is a process, and Jane has been nothing but professional, knowledgeable, kind, and her eye for detail is unparalleled. She does all of the things a professional should be doing. Simply put, she is a master at her job. We look forward to leaving a review with pictures when the room is complete. In the meantime, we can't thank Jane enough for all of her hard work.

Jane was phenomenal with helping us customize our sofa. She quickly picked up on the style and function we were looking for. Once our sofa was delivered it was even more beautiful than I imagined. We get nothing but compliments on how comfortable, firm, and high quality our sofa is. The high performance fabric is a breeze to keep clean. We will definitely return for future purchases!

We have been satisfied loyal customers for over 20 years. Made purchases at the Danbury, Oaktie, showrooms and most recently at Mt. Pleasant. While we remain satisfied with the quality and style options of products, we are extremely disappointed with the customer service relationship and communication regarding product delivery delays after our Mt. Pleasant purchase.

I worked with Melinda Dobrosky to buy 4 bar stools for my house. Melinda was really excellent in helping me pick out the right wood finish and upholstery materials for the stools, and even came out to the house to ensure everything coordinated with the existing decor. I certainly would use her and Ethan Allen again for furniture needs.

Extremely disappointed with the fabric on our incliner and loveseat from Ethan Allen. Within 3 months the fabric started to have pilling and looks several years old. When we reached to the their leaders we were told that the fabric is high quality and very durable. Their response was “What you are experiencing is pilling which happens often on fabrics with a high content of man-made fibers. The fabric you selected is 75% Olefin and 25% Polyester (all man-made fibers). Pilling can be very common and caused by friction.” Friction from having 2 adults sit on the furniture for about 1-1.5 hrs each night.We were told to buy a $5 sweater shaver from Amazon and shave the pilling from time to time. I wouldn’t expect that I would have to service my high quality fabric, which was a very expensive purchase, with a sweater shaver!If this is how the fabric performs, maybe you should warn your customer of that before they make their purchase.

The sales person was very helpful in guiding us to make a decision. Jane came to our home with selected fabrics and we were able to confirm what looked best. The delivery team actually showed up a little early which worked out great.

You have a star employee at your warehouse in Maiden, NC. Alisha Cline could not have been more helpful or accommodating when I had a warranty issue.Alisha was so nice and went above and beyond to help me get photos to her after I got home from work—which she was also home, too.Most people just go through the motions but Alisha really seems to care about her job and customer care.
