Great staff, beautiful location and delicious food at the restaurant. The room could have been a little cleaner and was not aware of the $30.00 self-parking charge in the parking garage.
Food & drinks: Delicious and reasonable prices

I was going to give you the best review because I didn't feel much inconvenience during my stay at the hotel. But the moment I checked the billing email, I was upset. I stayed for two days and was charged for my pet twice. If I hadn't checked the receipt, I would have lost more. I sent an email and called the hotel to check the information, but I couldn't reach you. Also, an additional $91.45 was charged in addition to the amount shown on the receipt. Please read the image in my mail and take action.

Stayed 4 days. (Aug 28-31). Over priced rooms even at the senior rate. The breakfast time was the best thing about this hotel. They have a made-to-order omelet station. First, I discovered that my room was not thoroughly cleaned. Found pungent food left in the refrigerator from previous guests. Second, the refrigerator was leaking water. The refrigerator was suppose to be replaced, but I don't believe it was. It was cleaned out and the leaking water wiped up. It still did not function properly, because it didn't keep the water cold. My complaints were made directly to Nyla (Day Shift Manager). She purposely did not document my complaints in the system or note the compensation I was to receive on my final bill. Fortunately, I kept the text messages as documentation just in case this happened. Sure enough, when checking out, the bill adjustments had not been made. However, Miss Lisa (Night Auditor) adjusted the bill and compensated me 1 free night when checking out. She sincerely apologized for the poor customer service that I had received. She demonstrated the attributes that are required of a manager. She authentically listened to what I had experienced during my stay. Her professionalism, customer service, and willingness to do the right thing should be commended.

The hotel is beautiful, and very close to Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms, Charleston, and so many other places, such as the Patriots Point Naval Museum (highly recommend that place as well). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast here is probably the best my wife and I have had at any hotel. The only negative was the parking. We were constantly needing to call the front desk to get through the gates in the parking deck. And there seemed to be no short cuts from the parking deck to the hotel rooms. We were only there for a single night, so those negatives were not a big deal. We would definitely stay again in the future.

This was our second stay and we def will be back again and again! The breakfast is ahhh mazing! The staff is awesome (especially Paris)
Rooms: Rooms are spacious, feels like an apartment not a motel
Walkability: You can walk the harbor bridge
Food & drinks: Food is awesome and fresh

The personnel at the hotel is rude and impolite. They don’t care about your needs they do not provide good service. Additionally, 7AM the fire alarm started, no explanation was given by the staff and it kept going for 20 minutes. If you want good service don’t stay at this hotel.

I stayed here for a work trip in one of the king suites located on the ground floor with a pool view. The room was clean, modern, the hotel was very nice. The gym was super clean and kept up with, and staff was constantly walking around ensuring things on the property were kept up with. The breakfast was amazing, omelets made to order and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. I would especially like to highlight Jaqueline at the front desk who takes customer service to a whole different level. Her communication was excellent, she was very helpful, and just a ray of sunshine. I would absolutely stay here again, and 10/10 recommend.

Great place to be for the 4th of July. Close fireworks, Great views. Close to the Arthur Ravenel bridge and the pier underneath it. Plenty of great areas to explore nearby, for both restaurants and activities. Good breakfast, but tend to run low on food and plates/utensils during busy times. Manager of food services not very pleasant. All other employees, including bartenders were great.

Perfect location! The hotel has professional customer service ready to help with anything. The only problem we came across was the parking. While leaving or entering the parking garage, the hotel room key did not always work. We discovered when pressing the hotel button the garage entrance would work.
Rooms: The room was clean, bed was comfortable and lighting was nice.
Nearby activities: We ate at a BBQ place called Melbins, which was good.
Walkability: Walking distance from many places. The neighborhood was very quiet to walk around.

If you want an authentically mediocre hotel experience look no further! It’s not awful but it’s also not good. I was told I would get a certain type of room and I didn’t. Current one on the shabby side and dull. Said they would move me on day 2 to the room I thought I had signed up for and they didn’t. I will say the bar and restaurant staff are very nice, front desk staff mixed. Were I paying $150 a night or so, this would make much more sense. $350, not so much.

We would not stay here again. On our first night, the parking garage gates were broken, and it took 20 minutes and several trips to the front desk to find a solution. It was a hassle. By the way - expect to pay an additional $30 per day for parking in the parking garage! Our air conditioning was also broken, so the room was hot and humid. There were no other rooms available, so our stay was quite uncomfortable. (They did credit us our parking fee for this inconvenience - $60). Finally, we tried calling the front desk from our room phone, but that was also broken. The rooms were also very small, and we got a two room suite. We had a lot of choices for hotels, and we expect when we pay for a hotel, for it to be a better experience than this was. It was a great location though, with pretty views.

I travel a lot and would say this is a great hotel because you can tell the staff tries, however there was a lot that could've gone better. For instance, we did not get the room we had requested and confirmed, then, there was no record of our late checkout request despite calling saying we could stay 1 hour later. The fridge in our room was frozen as well. The dining was not good either, the lunch area was a mess from the breakfast and there was dog urination and no one cleaned it. Scott did a fabulous job at the bar, and me and my guest liked him. I'd say this hotel has a champagne look and a beer feel. Overall it was good, but not great.
