I enjoyed my interaction with East Cooper Auto Pros and their work on my car. However, I was "shocked" to find they charged me $68 to change out two little tag light bulbs. Wow.

If I could give them a 0 star I would have if they had thay option these guys is dishonest they took things off of my vehicle and made it worse than it was before..I went from driving my vehicle their to telling me to come pick up because it's not fixable long story short they broke my brake lines so I had to get it towed don't trust these guys they will make you spend lots of unnecessary $$$ dealing with them

East Cooper Auto Pros have always been professional, friendly, efficient and honest in how they approach their work and customers. My first experience involved a crisis(to me), and they were incredibly understanding and responsive. I have and plan to continue to use them for future vehicle maintenance

East cooper auto pros has been amazing every time I have had issues with my car. They worked on it almost immediately as soon as I brought it in and quickly had the problem diagnosed and fixed within a day.

Good honest work. Only complaint would be it took an extra day due to an uncontrollable staffing issue but the work was done when promised.

I love East Cooper Auto Pros. Bob is my guy that I have known for a very long time and trust implicitly - we affectionately call him AutoBob. I thought I had written a Google review a long time ago, but I guess not. I should have. We are lucky to have this shop here in Mt Pleasant. I get my oil changes here, and any work that needs to be done on my car. Very highly recommended!

These guys were great. I needed my AC recharged while on vacation in the area and they got me right in. Bob, Mailey, and Dan got me back on the road and even gave me advice on what to do should the problem reoccur. Thanks so much.
