I placed a order with this company on Feb. 8, 2016, today is the 27th and I still have not received my order. I have tried tracking which don't work, so my next step is turning the matter over to my attorney and BBB. I want to WARN everyone Please do not order from this company, it is a FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!

Kind of was worried after placing my order and seeing the bad reviews had some minor issues but they delivered my jerseys just in time for our first game ordered 2 more a few days later received them in a week!!! Thanks Chris and Seth

I placed an order August 28, 2015 and paid for 2nd Air Shipping. Today is September 1, 2015, and I have not received or heard anything from them, but guess what, my card was charged. I am happy I used my American Express, because I am going to dispute this charge. I would not order from them because 1. - You cannot contact them by the number on the website 2. - Not reliable 3. - The chat does not even work on the website. 4. - How are you going to charge me for a service if you can't deliver. If they go out of business, they probably deserve it.

Ouch!! I hate to do this, as until now I have not experienced any problems ordering items online, and I may be that one in a thousand "order that went wrong". This was my first order with them [a small order albeit], but unfortunately I need to give Discount Sports the two thumbs down. Not only because I haven't received my order yet and CANNOT be tracked because the tracking number they included with the order confirmation is not correct, but because their customer service ?? is incompetent at best to non-existent. Repeated calls have only gotten me a "...I'll have to pass this on to my manager and we'll get back to you by the end of the day", with no subsequent call backs. At this point, unfortunately not sure what I can do, given their non-response in helping to resolve this matter, I doubt they will re-ship or offer a refund. As I side note, a day after I placed my order with Discount Sports, I also ordered a number of items from another online vendor - I received that order in 5 days - my order with Discount is 18 days and counting...
