I was looking for inflatable kayaks which they didnt have in store sadly, but its still a very nice store with helpful staff. :) They sometimes have some good deals too but most things can be kinda pricey compared to other shops but they have a wide variety of items for any kind of outdoors adventure you would want to go on! ♡ Be sure to check them out

Tionna provided amazing customer service at checkout and assisted me by fixing what could’ve caused a return of the product. For my money, this is the best DSG location I’ve seen.

One of the best DSG locations that I have been to. Merchandise selection is excellent, store is organized and very clean, and all staff was friendly and willing to offer assistance. I especially want to shout out the excellent customer service that I received from store associate Kai. He took the time to listen to what I was searching for and provide service above and beyond my expectations. Thank you! A huge shout out to the managers and training staff for making this location an excellent shopping experience! Easily 5 stars!

I receive excellent customer service every time I shop at this location.Yesterday I had an item that I wanted to exchange for a different color and Drake, the manager, exceeded my expectations with his undivided attention to my concerns about that and at least 5 different products and issues I was having with them. He answered all of my questions in detail and with complete explanations and believe me, I had alot of questions.I always drive about 20 minutes out of my way to shop this location in Mount Pleasant , South Carolina, and I always will in the future because of the excellent quality customer service I always receive.

I was in the Mt Pleasant store tonight. We got there at 6:45. Not only did your store not have any shoes in my grandson’s size, we were ask by the rude salesman in the shoe dept that we leave bc the store was closing. when ask if he was kicking us out, he replied yes…So, Dick’s, you lost customers who will never come back in your store in addition to the sale of at least three pairs of shoes…terrible customer service.

I dealt with Jim in the bike department and he couldn’t have been nicer. Walked out with a mountain bike when I had no plans of getting one.

Good selection, some reasonable prices, but some of the smaller stuff is almost double the price of what it would be at an actual tackle shop or something Walmart.

Good selection and prices.I’m glad to see Charleston Battery jerseys too!!Guys in the fishing section and a manager (possibly assistant mngr?) we’re very friendly and helpful.
