Beside be long time waiting, Customer service is very rude, beware the extra cost even when you have insurance. Not recommend at all.

Terrible customer service. They never answer the phone. It rings for a minute or two and then disconnects you.

Absolutely terrible customer service. It's impossible to reach a human to get a simple billing question answered. I've called at least 30x to get a past due notice bill issue resolved, but the system cannot find my bill. I'm stuck, and there is no one to speak with.
