This review is for the blonde lady with glasses- if I could give 0 or negative stars I would. My script was wrong and I noticed it before I checked out. I called my doc who asked the pharmacist ( I believe her name is Val) to call them so they could correct it. I hung up with my doc and told the pharmacist and she said she wasn’t going to call them and that they could call her or fix it electronically; so I called my doctor back and they sent back in the correct script and canceled the wrong one- but the pharmacist told the scribe from my doc office that she had too much to do so wouldn’t fill it until tomorrow. (That’s what the scribe told me )Mind you- there was no line in the drive through or in the store. So she lied in my chart and said my provider wouldn’t allow it to be filled until the following day so she could put it off until tomorrow- and the scribe was confused because I was able to fill it several days prior. He canceled for me and sent it to my local Harris teeter pharmacy, and the lady had it done in 15 minutes working alone with several people in line. She gets all the stars. Don’t go to cvs unless you want a very rude person to be short with you or just flat out lie to your face. SMH.

My experience with this location has been limited to the pharmacy drive-through. It's grossly understaffed! This is apparent by the brief and usually aggitated interactions myself and others have with the employees. I had one incident resulting with a pharmaceutical tech slamming down the clipboard and throwing the pen while walking away from the window cussing and refusing to provide her name. (Mind you, I had my child in the car who was shaken and shocked!) This stemmed from me calmly, mentioning that my insurance had not been billed correctly. I spoke with management, but seemingly, no repercussions were given as the tech is still employed. (I imagine they couldn't let her go due to understaffing.) Additionally, my medication is rarely filled automatically, often not in stock, forcing me to stop meds which can cause serious medical problems, and generally, just an overall pain to pick up. The pharmacist is friendly and helpful but obviously overwhelmed. I would not recommend this CVS based on their already limited abilities. However, I'm not suggesting that the majority of the pharmacy staff isn't trying their best. Most are very friendly but clearly exhausted.
*I will be transferring to another location.
I hope they find the help they desperately need!

I’m not sure how this CVS has low ratings. Everyone working there since I’ve been going has been amazing, the pharmacist, the pharmacy techs, and the checkout staff.

Absolutely the slowest drive through service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life

Drive-through was closed because the weather was cold!!! OMG!! The drive-through is there for the customers convenience of staying in a warm car

Just got a flu shot. When I asked if I could use a goodrx coupon they said it’s too late for that. I hadn’t even paid yet. They said they already rang it up and couldn’t do anything. After standing there for 15 minutes waiting to pay.

Wish there was an alternative close as the pharmacy is understaffed like everywhere and as such service is terrible

My husband who is my doctor has been giving me a prescription for my Adderall for over two years and I’ve been getting it at the CVS for over here but I just went in with the prescription. They questioned it and said they don’t get prescriptions for family members!!!?? It was totally embarrassing and absurd. My doctor can be my husband. That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard and I don’t know what they’re doing there anymore. Also, never be back to another CVS I will forever get my prescription somewhere other than CVS because of the way I was just treated like I had a fake prescription that they couldn’t accept. I am extremely appalled at the behavior of this people.

I always knew CVS employees where over worked. The company should know that this affects employees it explains why they can be less than pleasant sometimes. No offense I get it. I have left CVS for this reason and poor service secondary to corporate. Imagine going to pharmacy school for 5 years and ending up in a chain pharmacy with entitled customers I just can’t. I go to a Mom and Pop pharmacy where I’m treated like a real person not a number for money. They don’t give vaccines and I know why. The profit margin is this except for the administration fee. I gave lots of vaccines to make some money as a primary care physician. The subspecialists thought it was hilarious. It’s not . Equality for all. Dr G

My daughter went to pick up her prescriptions today and was rudely told by the tech or pharm staff "Ya, no we have nothing for you. We don't have it and you will have to go somewhere else."We know for a fact that the scripts went through and were escribed several days before she went to the pharmacy. No one offered to call the MD office or make any other suggestion to her to help. Terrible customer service!
