Never open at night like hours online state…I drive out of my way to visit and always disappointed to find the lights on and doors closed. Once you walk up to the door the hours state they close at 7pm everyday!

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Woman whom I’m guessing is management began to get a tone when I was simply asking a question. I arrived around 7:30 which is well into half an hour of them being open and she seemed extremely frustrated that a customer was in the store bothering her during working hours. You can clearly tell she hates her job and lacks friendliness and customer service. It’s baffling that a 3 minute encounter can leave such a poor, lasting impression. (UPDATE) after reading further reviews, I’m one of many who had the unfortunate experience of this employee. CVS should be ashamed to have her representing their company at face value.

Do NOT interrupt miss Jennifer’s morning routine with your questions as a customer. I asked her if they sold stamps and it was like I asked her to audit her most recent taxes. Very disappointing. Maybe having a bad day but still.

Jessica Marzolf, the Nurse Practitioner, at the Minute Clinic is extremely rude to her patients. I was turned away as a walk-in 35 minutes before closing. She had one more scheduled patient who was already 5 minutes late. I told her I needed a medicine for gout. It's would have been a simple 7 minute conversation. The oath she took when graduating Med School went right out the door....the same door she sent me out of with gout. Take your business elsewhere.

I had a very pleasant experience during this shopping experience. The sales associate was extremely helpful and patient with me. The store was very clean and the items I needed were very easy to find.

Rate and review?!? More like berate and review! 7:06 and still weren't open after I had to wait 45 minutes for 7 am, and then some lady (presumably management and I'm being nice cause I wanna say something else) catches an attitude with me when I tell her the doors aren't open and it's 6 minutes after the hour. Absolutely horrible place and do not recommend! Learn how to run a store!

Nearly IMPOSSIBLE to reach pharmacy on phone. Needed my medication to refill before going out of town for 2 weeks

This store's pharmacy is pathetic. Had to wait on the phone over 40 minutes only to be hung up on. This has happened multiple times today and I still cannot get to talk with the pharmacy. Mind you several times now I heard someone pick up the phone and heard them hang up on me. Called the store manager and even after they transferred me to the pharmacy, no one has answered and I've been waiting over 39 minutes.

waited on hold for over 1 hour today to talk to a pharmacist, waited 30 minutes on customer service hotline to file a complaint. escalated to the district manager. this type of service is unacceptable. avoid this CVS at all costs.

Simply the worst CVS ever, terrible staff. Have to talk them into doing even the smallest part of their job. I have literally not even once gotten the correct prescription. The absolute worst.
