Unfortunately, I did NOT have a positive experience here, despite hearing great things. Took my iPhone in for diagnostic + repair. Guy replaced the screen (which did not help) but messed up the screws. I took it back in & he told me there was nothing he could do. Took it into the Apple Store to get battery changed. The guy said the person who had tried to fix it previously had “stripped both security screws” at the bottom of the phone so the phone is now unusable since the battery cannot ever be replaced.*Update- store/manager ghosted me (I called & left a message plus emailed twice)!

The techs at CPR looked at my devices, explained what would have to happen and what my options were so that I could make an informed decision, and I was able to get my computer fixed in short order. I appreciate the personable, informational, and quick service. I'll be counting on CPR for my future needs!

I have only good things to say about the customer service!First of all, they were super friendly when I arrived with my very damaged phone. They were very realistic and honest with me.They never tried to upsell me anything and offered a cheaper screen versus the original Apple one which would’ve cost way more.They communicated with me along the journey when parts were out of stock and texted and called and managed to fix my phone at a very fair price.

Kevin at the Mt. Pleasant store gave me EXCELLENT customer service with my laptop problem, then made some good recommendations for laptop security software to prevent the problem from happening again. AND he gave me a free pen! : ) Would definitely go back and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Had to take my phone in to get repaired and they were prompt, courteous and informational.Was given a 4 hour time for repair but repair was done in under 2.Phone works like new.Definitely recommend.

Kevin was great! He took 2 broken phones (same model) and turned them into a working phone. He carefully explained the costs, the risks of failure and the time required. He finished the job on time and below estimate! Fantastic. Love his honest, upfront approach to the job. Thanks Again!

Great customer service. My iPad screen was shattered and they were able to fix it quickly and perfectly. All within a couple of hours on a Saturday afternoon. I would highly recommend.
