I highly recommend Chris and Dawn if you are looking to sell or buy a home. They recently helped us sell our home and were knowledgable and skilled every step of the way. When you begin working with them, you immediately see the value in their team approach to the process. Before listing, they gave us recommendations about small improvements we could make to ready our home for sale. Once listed, they vetted every showing to the extent possible and were aggressive in seeking feedback. And once we were under contract, they walked us through a very difficult closing process and communicated through each step. I can't recommend Chris and Dawn enough!

I was referred to Chris and Dawn by a friend and couldn't be more grateful. Coming from the west coast, the thought of buying a home in a brand new town (not to mention side of the country) was very intimidating, but Chris and Dawn made it easy and ENJOYABLE. They spent numerous hours/days/weeks making sure I saw then entire Charleston and surrounding areas until it was very clear what areas we would narrow our search to. On the first "tour" day, I felt like they both really understood what I was looking for and my tastes. I also really appreciated that I never felt like a burden, and received frequent and responsive communication. I could be happier with our new home - it checks every single box we had and was at the price we wanted to spend. I couldn't recommend them more!
