Very happy with the service here. Chris, Jim and the team took care of everything. They dealt with the insurance company, did a great job on the repair, and did it faster than I thought they would. Communication was good throughout.

Last time I was at this shop it was about 8 months ago to get my bumper repaired and replaced and the experience was sub-par. I just had to get my driver panel repainted and went back up there and they have changed management. They have really turned things around. My experience this time was great and I really enjoyed working with Steve! Will be recommending this shop to all my friends! Thank you Classic Collision!

I brought my car in to have the driver's door repaired. My car was involved in a hit and run.
I believe my car was in the shop for about 3 days.
My car is all white with red interior. When I picked up my car and got inside I was immediately furious. There was white dust/overspray everywhere! In the ac vents, cup holders, seats(including the back) mats, dashboard, literally everywhere.
I went right back into the office and made the receptionist aware. I explained that clearly the inside of my car wasn't covered when they painted and sand.
My car was taken to the back to be "vacuumed" out. What! Issue unresolved. I was completely unsatisfied with the condition in which my car was returned to me. Especially because it was immaculate when I dropped it off.
To make it worse, I was sent a survey about my experience and expressed my dissatisfaction and still no resolution.
Unprofessional service.

I am not even sure where to start with this review. This was by far the WORST experience I've encountered with any business I've ever dealt with. My truck had overspray on most of the panels and was deemed by this company to need a new paint job. I was told it would take 4-5 business days once they had possession of the vehicle. I dropped my truck off on May 23rd and did not receive my truck back until July 7th. What went from 4-5 business days became 44 days. The communication, or lack thereof, was astounding. Every time I was able to get any kind of update, it was always the "staffing" or "parts on order" etc. Workers would blame other employees for delays and issues. There seemed to be no efficiency in how the business was ran. Upon requesting an update, I was told my truck was finishing assembly. When I finally went to the facility, my truck was still not assembled after being told the prior week final assembly was completed but they got paint on the door handles and need to replace them. Handles is one thing, but bumpers weren't on, headliner hanging down and other items not installed. Then comes the time to replace the bedside decals. I was shown pictures of the wrong items "sent" that were ordered. I advised that they were incorrect and showed them a pic of the correct decals. FINALLY go to pick up my vehicle, mind you 44 days later, and the truck doesn't look like the right hue of cement gray. I asked about paint and they don't order from Toyota, they have a company that mixes the paint for them. So I'm guessing my truck is now a couple shades darker than factory. A couple days go by and I notice dirty hand and fingerprints all over my headliner as well as the visors. These marks were not there prior to drop off. Not to mention three of the four truck doors had rough edges from paint spray that I had to bring the truck back to the shop again for them to correct. If I could have given a zero star review I would have. Proceed with caution using this company for any autobody or paint repairs. I will never recommend them or use them for any of my vehicles in the future. RUN AWAY!!!!!!!Service: Painting

All the stars for N Mt Pleasant Classic Collision! Several months ago they repaired a big dent and a shattered window after a basketball goal on a pole fell on my car a storm during a storm. Looks great and they finished several days ahead of schedule. Last week another car and mine backed into each other in a parking lot. No dents or even scratches this time but two pieces of one of the rear fenders separated a little. Sheri and Natalya checked it out today and had them snapped back in place on the spot. I highly recommended Classic Collision…amazing service! Thank you!
