Had my business bank account setup there. Extremely convenient to schedule an appointment. Matt was very professional and very knowledgeable with any questions I had. The setup was easy and had access to the account through the app setup the same day. I will continue to do business with this location even with other locations being closer to me.

This branch setup my business account incorrectly and led to a missed payment on a business credit card. Took a massive negative impact to my credit and their corporate office refused to accept it as a bank error and remove the item from the credit. Incredibly disappointed by Chase customer service after being a long time customer. Closing my business account and looking elsewhere for personal banking after this experience.

Saved me; moving company owner said personal check would be OK then said needed bank check. This branch helped me from a fiasco. Chase please consider opening branch in Murrells Inlet SOON!!! Lots of NYers are headed there...

Pathetic. A giant conglomerate that froze my account because I turned 24 and my student account terms changed. When I arrived at branch, was given forms and presented identification for resolution. Told I have to wait 1-2 days for review, only to find out that they “forgot” to ask for SS card. So 4 days later my money is still unavailable. When did this American bank become part of socialist state? Put your money under your mattress. At least you can access it.

Had to go into the branch to open an account and Rafi was amazing with us! She was extremely nice, answered any questions we had and went above and beyond. And this was all on a Saturday right before closing.

The a fairly new location or should I say Chase in general especially in South Carolina but it’s definitely a really nice location with no long lines especially during the week and the drive through is east in and out service.

I always have a pleasant experience here. People are friendly and only occasionally need an additional push to find the "can" and alternative options to remedy issues. I've enjoyed banking here.

I have yet to enter this branch. They were when I arrived on Saturday. I was excited to discover this location at the far end of the Mount Pleasant Towne Center.

We were excited to have a chase branch open near us as we have had accounts with them for years. Unfortunately our experience with this particular branch has been poor. The latest example was we brought our daughter in to open the account. Because of her school schedule we are only able to get there 15-20 minutes before they close. They stated that the 15 - 20 minute is not enough time to open account and sent us home. We stopped into Wells Fargo just down the street and they were happy to open an account. I think chase lost my daughter as a customer for life.

It seems strange to me that new banks are even opening in this age of online banking. But they are. And this Chase location is super nice.Even though it is a “brick and mortar” branch, they have a number of automated self-serve machines inside - in addition to love tellers and associates in private offices to help.We were greeted quickly and friendly. Everyone at this visit was great to deal with.

I have been a member of Chase bank for over 10 years and am thrilled to see them opening branches in SC, especially so close to me. I had a wonderful experience at this location, the staff was friendly and assisted me in my needs. I can’t recommend Chase enough !

Went to Chase to cash a check and was told I could only deposit it in my account. Check was from a Gas company and definitely was not a problem to cash at Regions bank when I took it there. I cannot recommend Chase and may close my account if things don't get better.
