Josiah Collin’s (Branch Manager), and Summer Lane (not sure title, I believe manager as well) were two of the most helpful people I have worked with when needing help at a bank. I had a credit card dispute with Chase and each of them respectively put their best foot forward in assisting in getting it resolved for me. It is the type of customer service you hope to get anywhere you go. They both deserve raises!

Avoid going to this branch at all cost!! Karen the banker I first worked with started the interaction off on a bad note when trying to open the account. I had already spoken to the people I need to so I could open the new account.When I explain to her the situation she said “That’s not how we do things at chase call the people you spoke with and get their information.” I left and called the department back and they informed me the proper policy for my situation. So I went back with all the information in hand talk to Karen the same banker, was told “we close in an hour, come back tomorrow, I don’t feel comfortable opening this account” after all that I asked to speak to the branch manager. When I was finally able to speak to the branch manager he didn’t even hear my side of the situation, he immediately went to the banker asked what happened and took her side. Refused to look into this situation and said “well I’m telling you that we are not going to do anything”. After calling the proper department again they confirmed that all the information the branch itself provided was incorrect and to go to a different branch. I would advise anyone looking to do business with chase take that advice go to a different branch.

I always use this branch to do my banking.Everyone that works there is very courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions.I would recommend this branch to anyone and I would suggest getting an account at this branch just based on their great customer service.I've been to Chase banks all over the Southeast and this branch and employees are the best!!!

This was the best experience I've ever had at a bank in my life! Long story short, we live 100 miles from the nearest Chase branch. My wife and I had some banking that couldn't be taken care of through chase.com or over the phone, so on our vacation to the Charleston beaches we wanted to find a Chase branch to help handle our banking needs. Our hotel was close to your branch, so we stopped by. Jarred Kinloch was outstanding in handling every need we had. He was knowledgeable, competent, gracious, and pleasant. He anticipated our needs and went far beyond what was required to help us out. It has taken me 5 months to sit down and write this review, but I just wanted to say thank you!

They have too many fees. I had a checking account but I didn't keep enough money in it so they charged me a fee every month.

Every time I've come in and/or called, someone has been able to help me right away. Jarred was super sweet and helpful when I had to do a wire transfer. Excellent customer service :)

At this branch there are the most useless humans I’ve ever seen in my life. Don’t expect to get any help. I’ll be closing my account ASAP
