Charleston Fitness Equipment has been top-notch with their sales, delivery, installation and warranty repair for our new Life Fitness workout equipment. There is no hesitation in satisfying the customer, and we are very lucky that the Life Fitness dealer was located in Mount Pleasant. We have been using Life Fitness equipment for over 30 years. Very personable. Owner is knowledgeable about offering. We were able to test and learn more about the treadmill and what would be best for us. She didn’t try to oversell us, just genuinely wanted to get us a solid treadmill. Great price for a weight set. Delivery went smoothly. Warranty is covering a visit to tighten everything up on the treadmill as there was some noise we were experiencing. Overall service has been 5 out of 5 and I would highly recommend!

The men who disassembled then assembled my treadmill at my new residence were very quick and careful and also courteous. They were knowledgeable when I asked questions about the procedure. I would use them again!
