I went in Saturday with my two sons and we were helped wonderfully by an associate at the store (happy to provide managers the name). We came back later to pick up an item and I had measured my vehicle wrong and several staff went out of their way to personally help me. Wonderful shopping experience and customer satisfaction. I will certainly be back!

We came in during the week. Working on a project. Spent thousands of dollars. Not one worker was eager to help us. All the girls up front were irritated that we were adding items to our bill. We asked one girl to help us load up our bags into our car and she was told by another employee she did not need to help us. The employees were openly talking about their personal drama instead of helping. We understand a bad day but we went back the following day to pick up large pieces we had paid for the day before. The employees told us that our order was sent to another location but then told us we could only pick up if we could be at the store in 15 minutes. Unbelievable. It will be very difficult to support a company with such disrespectful customer service. By far the worst we have come across.

I really enjoy this store and I think the options there are very nice, so in that regard I would give 5 stars, however, on more than one occasion now, when checking out, the customer service is not good at all. I know it’s younger girls that work there, but how will they ever excel in any form of a career if they can’t even be good at customer service at a furniture store? You’re treated like they are doing you a favor and are they are very dismissive. No hello, no thank you, and just poor attitude overall. In fact she said “you’re welcome” lol. Shouldn’t she be thanking me for business?

Some little things for the home, some smaller rugs, a few pieces of mismatched furniture and LOTS of attitude. I've been trying to like this place for the past 10 years since there isn't much else around. On this occasion when i walked in 4 "designers" were standing at the front desk and a two others floating around the store. Not one greeted me or asked if I was looking for anything in particular. When i asked if they had any other picture frames than the one i found, I was told (with a somewhat unpleasant smile ) that I should "look around myself ". Furniture is scattered around but doesn't seem to be terribly well made or of high quality. I wasn't impressed years ago and still not impressed today. Try to return any purchase - you will get to enjoy the fake -friendly and somewhat condescending demeanor of a man who is possibly the manager ? (maybe owner?) If you need a planter or a basket however, this is your place. I'd put this small store in the category of a World Market knockoff. This was my last trip .

We had an agreement to wait for a replacement for the couches that SMELL LIKE DIRTY FARM FEATHERS and WOBBLE (legs are not the same sizes) and I then heard from the owner threatening me. Just like all the other posts here, their customer service is awful yet the owner tries to claim after 27 years he hasn't had any issues with customers. Yeah, ok pal. This place is bottom of the barrel tacky in how they handle customer service. Emotional and childish. poor quality sofas for way too much money.

I’m not a difficult person and certainly not confrontational. Called today to see if 8x10 rugs in stock and she said yes, they had some. So I drove over. Asked some guy if he could show me what they had and you would have thought I was asking for the moon. Told me he wasn’t allowed to lift anything over a certain weight. I finally said, I’m just trying to buy a rug. Today. he said we are trying to sell you one. And I said… it doesn’t feel like it and I said it nicely. Then he said well, if you are going to be rude …. I walked out. I may never got back. That guy needs to go.

I love their style and the furniture, however the quality stinks. I spent 3000 dollars on 2 chairs and within 2.5 years the slipcovers are faded so badly that they look tyedied. They will not do anything for me. Its a lot of money for poor quality.

Love the furniture and style / vibe of the buyers but the customer service is maybe some of the worst I've ever experienced in Charleston.

This store is amazing and in sane. Absolutely love the vibe, the decor and furniture selections. I just wish I could take it all home and put it in my house. I've seen several comments on here about employees being rude and I did not have that experience but they are very particular about your mask if it slips the slightest on your nose. Other than that, I found my experience extremely enjoyable and would go back again and again. I can't wait to check out their warehouse sale through their outlet.
