“The rental car company didn’t actually have any cars available when we went to check in. We booked through Priceline so it was unfortunate and with limited inventory just bad timing. The location is challenging to get to/park and wasn’t anything special.Dee, however was fantastic! She nicely chased us down outside after we left, once something showed in the system (after telling us we’d have to come back in the afternoon when more cars became available). She then worked her magic adjusting dates to get us the best deal. We ended up with a nicer car than originally planned. Her customer service was outstanding! Give that woman a raise! We’d be back because of her”

I have rented from here a handful of times over the years, including recently, and have always been treated kindly and professionally. I have also never had any issues picking up, returning, or with any of the cars that I rented.”
