Like so many others who have left negative reviews, I refuse to do business with inept people who do not value the customer. We ordered a desk from Meadow Blu and have asked for shipping updates from Candace. She refuses to respond. If you go back and look at the comments over the past few years, many of the negative reviews are met with canned, disingenuous responses from the owner. It appears it's easier to make excuses than to identify and fix the problems causing the negative reviews. This business is poorly managed and doesn't deserve your time or money.

Whatever you do - do not purchase from Meadow Blu. All their furniture can be purchased from another vendor or merchant, save yourself the headache. -impossible to get ahold of support -no communication regarding shipments -lost shipments -despite having discounts in writing, and confirmed, they go back on what they promised To get my money back I had to get BBB and my attorney involved. Shady place.

Two Gabby lamps I ordered arrived damaged. I have not received any responses to my emails to their customer service, and the calls I've made to them have resulted in my being transferred to Candace. Candace has not yet returned my call. I received the lamps over a month ago.

Meadow Blu/ Lyndon Leigh is one of my favorite home Furnishing stores. I just purchased a large chandelier and their design consultant McRae McCant was one of the nicest people I have ever met. she gave me her personal number if I had any questions, which I did and she helped me on her own time that evening. I highly recommend this store and McRae!

I ordered a product in May and it still has not arrived (5 months later). The most disappointing part is the follow up. My emails and calls go unreturned. If I do connect with someone, they have no helpful information. I have already paid for the product. The customer service is non-existent. Buyer beware:(

Was very nervous about my order after reading all of these poor reviews. I expressed my concern to my customer representative, Natalie. She took the time to call me to ease my concern!! She gave me updates on my order and let me know it was in stock and should ship soon. I ordered my bed on 8/30, it’s 9/5 and I just received a notification (and an update from Natalie) that my bed has shipped! I truly appreciate the communication because it really does make all the difference! If you’re nervous to order online, definitely reach out prior to confirm the item you want is in stock before purchasing. Thank you Natalie!

I visited the store today for the first time and was very impressed with the unique decor and furnishings at Lyndon Leigh in Mt Pleasant. The customer service provided by Design Consultant McRae was top notch, I will definitely make this a regular shopping destination. Thank you McRae for the helpful interior design tips.

Terrible customer service. Lengthy delivery windows that are not met. Unresponsive help-desk. This company is totally disorganized and unprofessional.I ordered a desk in May of 2023 with an expected ship date of July. I reached out in mid-July asking for an update, I got a note saying they would look into it. I received no update for weeks so, I requested a cancellation and refund which also went ignored but after several follow-ups received a note saying they had asked the vendor for that refund. I am still looking for an update as I have not hear back or obtained that refund.I would stay away from this company and look for the same products elsewhere.

Terrible return policy. Don't like something and want to send it back in perfect condition? Prepare to pay for the original postage, the new postage AND A 25% "RESTOCKING FEE". I'll get roughly half of the money I spent on a $70 pillow I never took out of the package. First and last purchase from them, thanks.

I was super skeptical after reading the mostly negative reviews, but because it was in my old hometown, I took a chance and I'm so glad I did! I ordered a Rifle Paper Rug (7x9) that arrived promptly and in perfect condition. The shop was super communicative and answered my call and email. I would absolutely order again through them! I left a review to let others know that I had a great experience despite all of the other negative ones!

This was our first purchase from Meadow Blu. The communication with Luanne about our order, from start to delivery, was more than great. We love our new sideboard and we will definitely be ordering again.

I have been trying to get instructions since May 5th on returning sconces I paid about 1600 dollars for. The email I received on May 5th stated to allow 5 to 7 days for a response from the supplier for return instructions. Today is May 30th with no resolution. I keep getting excuses. I do a lot of shopping on line and have never had this type of experience on a return. I am calling the supplier tomorrow to see if they can help me. This is my first and last order with this company.

I have had 3 extremely positive experiences with Meadow Blu. Eli and Louanne could not have been more accommodating and customer oriented. I was looking for a very hard to find LazyBones comforter set and had all but given up hope when Eli called and said he found what I was looking for. He went out of his way to get what I couldn't get anywhere else and ship it to me promptly.Anytime I have spoken to Eli and to Louanne I always felt that I was talking to good friends.The merchandise is beautiful as is the impeccable service.
