Came in at 3:45 and they couldn’t even take the time to step outside to take a look at 3 small dents on my car. What good is a dent repair place when you can’t even get a quote same day to figure out your situation. Side note, another location from this exact franchise quoted my friend $8,000-$9,000 to replace and paint a few panels on his 2003 Miata. Safe to say neither of us have had good experiences now. For a shop that does body work you sure don’t seem to want the work or money ?

This is my second time there I had a good experience both times everybody was kind and courteous i’ve had two vehicles repaired there and no problems afterwards and everything looked great. I’ll definitely go again if I need to.

They did my repairs for an accident on my car. My insurance company recommended them. They were helpful, efficient, and everyone who worked there was extremely nice. I will be using them from now on for any fixes I need done to my vehicle.

Just recently took my truck here. Highly unsatisfied , was in a wreck with the truck where a person came into my lane running into my rim and tire scratching the high end aftermarket rim plus bumper damage. Which was reported in the police report. When taking the vehicle to caliber collision, the agent looking at the truck verified to myself and my wife that there was slight damage to the rim. But when taking the vehicle in for repair they did not fix the rim and will not fix the rim. Because after verifying the rim damage the agent then proceeded to report to usaa that there was no damage. So usaa would not repair the rim. Also the rltruck went in very clean. Then was returned very dirty. Thanks

I personally had a terrific experience with Caliber Collision, Inn Mount Pleasant, South Carolina on Greythorne Road. They kept me well informed of the progress and you could really tell that they have a customer first approach because they wanted to ensure that I was completely satisfied. I also want to point out that they have a relationship with the Enterprise Rental car which adds to the convenience and certainly one other thing you don’t have to worry about when you’re having your car repaired, I want to thank all those that I met in the front office and those that were behind-the-scenes fixing the car because that it really did come out nice
