“A large oak branch fell and completely destroyed the side-view mirror on my new car. As I work nearby to the Mount Pleasant location of Better Collision I decided to let them handle the needed replacement and repairs.
That was a great decision! Alexis kindly and professionally greeted me and Brian provided me a quick estimate when I stopped by, without an appointment, on my lunch break.
When the replacement parts arrived I was able to easily schedule a time to drop off my car for the repairs, and even pick the car back up at the end of the day. The repairs were done beautifully, and as a bonus they gave my car and thorough cleaning inside and out - that's just great service!
Alexis and Brian were a pleasure to work with throughout the process, keeping me updated via phone and email - and always reachable when I had questions for them.
I would not hesitate to work with the team at Better Collision in the future, and have already recommended them to friends and co-workers.

“Kim and Tyler have been absolutely amazing at this safelite. I have had to reschedule my appointment multiple times because of issues with my car being in the shop. They have been extremely communicative and on top of everything. They consistently called to help me reschedule and are very flexible with me rescheduling multiple times. Tyler actually went out to Summerville to replace my windshield. However, due to issues with my car being in the shop, he couldn’t do the replacement, but he went above and beyond and talk to his manager and the manager at the shop to try to figure someway to be able to help me. I really appreciate how Safelite runs its business. If you are going to choose any business, I would choose this one 10/10!!!!”
“Team at this location was great, very positive all around. Repair was excellent, but required return to rectify what should've been an obvious oversight, which was addressed same day of an unannounced return visit. They quickly made it right. Can't give 5 stars as result, but would absolutely recommend and have them handle future jobs.”
