I was warmly greeted by the two salespeople. I went to the store because I was given a gift card for a facial. The salespeople told me the spa was closed indefinitely since Blue Mercury was acquired by Macys.

Thanks to the great customer service by Melanie and Jordan a month ago. Both were so helpful, friendly, and were very candid on the products. Will be returning when I am in the area.

Give Brian a raise! I've been going to Blue Mercury for all my makeup for years now and Brian went above and beyond with customer service. He was so knowledgable about each product and took the time to help me pick out some new stuff I haven't tried before. Great customer experience!
