If I had to give zero Stars I would give it, a prescription was sent, they asked me for all the information, initially they couldn't find my insurance, I had to call again and they located my insurance and after waiting two weeks and had no answer, I called and they informed me that they are not working for the medication prescribed by my doctor. Very bad service, they are working with sick people in need of medication to improve their health.

Absolutely amazing service! Everything was on time, always packaged perfectly and Ice cold!I am so pis sed i got changed to Centerwell and I refuse to use them so I will cancel Humana and find insurance so I can get you back. One more thing your employees are always polite knowledgeable and helpful.Thank you so much! I really miss you!

Great experience up untill I got a call saying the program we were using to help cover your prescriptions maxed out this was after my 3rd set of injections. No one called my dermatologist to inform them no other info then it maxed out which it shouldn't have. I was told to call the company myself to see what the issue was with the program that that they put me on.

A bit over a year ago I got a prescription from BlueSky and they were an incredible and diligent help, working with my insurance to get everything approved. This time, for the same prescription, they have been a nightmare. My doctor's office submits to them and hears nothing back; my doctor's office calls them and is told something about my insurance not matching up. I call BlueSky to clear up whatever is the issue, and they give an ear full of what the doctor's office still needs to provide. I ask if they made the doctor's office aware, and I just get the same ear full back of what all they still need. I don't work in medical or pharma, I don't know or do this stuff. So I let my doctor's office know. My doctor's office calls me this past Monday to say we finally get the air clear and got everything they needed for approval. Sine then I hadn't heard anything so today's Friday, I call BlueSky and got someone very hard to understand on the phone who's mumbling reading off notes on my account about another pharmacy. After a weird pause, I asked... so are you telling me I need a different pharmacy to fill my prescription instead of BlueSky this time? And then he says something unintelligible about, "yeah, with them they can use your copay card info. Do you want that number or me to send it to you?" Huh...? What...? I can't understand this guy so I respond, "whatever's easiest for you to get the information over to me". So the BlueSky rep reads me off a phone number and then mumbles something else about, "they may know [something unclear]...". I finally said, "I'll just call my doctor's office back and tell them we have to use this other pharmacy." Such a weird phone call. Can't recommend BlueSky anymore unfortunately. It would be a 1 star review if they weren't so helpful last year.

Everyone at Blue Sky was so helpful and patient with me and took the time to explain what was taking place in getting my medicine to me. I want to highlight a nurse, Michelle Kanapaux, for going above and beyond by keeping in contact with my insurance company and my doctors office over a period of weeks trying to correct an error that was going on between them. She had my best interest at the forefront and that's something I'll never forget!

My medication was transferred to a different pharmacy, and I understand it was not their fault because insurance changed where they approved it... However, they made zero attempts to contact me and at least let me know that I had to switch pharmacies and start the process from the beginning. If I hadn't called, I would have been blindly waiting for a medication that was never going to arrive. Thank God this is a dermatology medication, I cannot imagine what would have happened if this were a medication keeping me alive.

Just had a great experience at the Blue Sky Specialty Pharmacy in Mt. Pleasant...Holly greeted us immediately on entering and she went to great lengths to explain how the specialty pharmacy works. The pharmacist, Ryan, was helpful as well. They gave us all the information we needed to complete the process for my prescription. They took all the time we needed to help and it is greatly appreciated.

I was getting worried because I I was waiting over a week for my new scripts so I called. I was SO LUCKY to get Sarah she was so friendly and helpful. She really gave me confidence in your company!!
