Ben was fantastic! Honestly, his patience blows me away; he worked with us for over a year before we found the home we finally said yes to. Ben was honest, yet optimistic, when it came to selling our house, getting us a full price offer. This guy went above and beyond in the final couple of weeks when our equity loan fell through in the 11th hour, accessing all of his local connections in order to bring up multiple, creative options for financing.
