The hours are just ridiculous ! I would not go there but need to deposit and don't feel comfortable using the auto teller. We already have barely any staff so have to take off extra time to run to the bank ! Very disappointing

Unable to make appointment at a nearby branch so I made appointment at this branch and drove across town to open account or make a deposit. Even with an appointment they were not able to open an account for me today. Offered to have me return tomorrow. Inadequate service. I guess I will need a new bank.

I moved all of my banking from SW Florida up here a couple of months ago and Mr. Michael Marks who is the manager at the Mount Pleasant branch located at the intersection of IOP and Highway 17 could not of been nicer! Michael has made everything flow very smoothly with getting all of my retirement benefits into their automatic deposit program into my checking account and my IRA transferred into a very competitiveness Merrill Lynch account! So whenever I ran into a glitch with using their new mobile app, he was always right there to answer all my questions and basically Took his Time to walk me through the process! I couldn't recommend Bank of America anymore highly based on the service I received from Michael Marks!

Awful! Jen the teller was the most rude person that I have felt with in the corporate world . She has no people skills and is all around a miserable person. You don't talk down to customers and you should always be polite and courteous. Jen needs to get some people skills . Don't be like Jen

This branch seems to always be short staffed on tellers. They have 5 drive thru lanes and only one is ever open, and the teller taking care of drive thru is also taking care of customers inside. Needless to say it's typically a long wait. They've gotten a bit better at at least acknowledging you're there to tell you they'll be with you shortly. For quite a while they used to just ignore you until it was your turn. However the few tellers they have are always friendly and try to be helpful.
