They stole my money and didn't give it back. I closed my account and i will never do business with a corrupt organization like BOA. Do not bank with them. Go to your local Credit Union and get treated better.

Probably the worst in-branch experience I’ve ever had at a financial institution. Was passed from one person to the next, and then completely overlooked when they decided to help someone who had showed up 10 minutes after me first. Huge waste of time.

My experiences at the closest BOA to my house are not good. Long waits, no drive thru, inconvenient lobby hours, and usually only one teller working during peak hours are all frustrating me with BOA. I dread having to go to the bank, and I usually leave feeling very stressed! I also do not agree with check policy; when I deposit a check in my account i do not have access to any of my money for at least two days???? BOA, you need to do better! Minimally, you should have at least two tellers available for customers from open to close!

Made an appointment with Aaron and he was extremely rude and wasn’t understanding to my situation in the slightest. He talked down to me for the majority of the appointment because I was having a hard time understanding what he was trying to tell me. He was very condescending and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had interacting with someone who is supposed to be professional and is there to help customers.

I read these reviews and was a little hesitant to go to this branch. My experience was great though. There were 3 friendly tellers, no wait, and they were following Covid safety procedures. I’d definitely go back.

Would have given 0 stars if it was an option. I honestly don't understand why ANYONE would bank with Bank of America. The hardest bank to deal with.

These folks are taking covid seriously, and I felt very comfortable here with enforced social distancing and masks. They clearly are tired of having to wear masks and social distance, and are doing what they can to crush this virus.
