Automotive Exellence is absolutely amazing! I have gone to them for regular maintenance and some out of the norm issues. They are so thorough and extremely honest. I would recommend them to anybody in the Charleston area!

My experience with this company has not been a good one. While the folks were friendly they did not take care of the issue I took my vehicle there for and gave it back to me $3500 later without addressing the issue with the oil leak.
I feel I’ve been taken for a bit of a ride and messed around. I own a company too and try to always insure my customers are satisfied and they know I’m not and seem to be ok with that. Not a very professional outfit in my experience and surprised to see they have such positive reviews.
When I start the car there is oil coming out of the exhaust and this is the reason I took the vehicle there to begin with. They got me to spend money on several other areas but didn’t fix the main issue.

If I could put 6 stars I would! I recommend these guys to anyone who needs anything from an oil change to an engine rebuild. These are good people who care about you and your vehicle. My family’s been going here forever and I don’t plan on going anywhere else!
