A huge thank you to the team at Arhaus! I can't express enough how impressed we've been with the helpfulness, talent, and professionalism of everyone we've had the pleasure of working with. I'd especially like to thank Nicole Zinny for her amazing design eye, and the picture perfect execution on the vision we had for our home. Also to Laurie Bamford for ensuring that everything was delivered on-time, at the quality level we had expected, and that we were happy with all of our purchases. Five stars isn't enough to express how thrilled we are with everything we've purchased, how beautifully the rooms came together, and how well we were cared for during the process. We recently bought new furniture for both our living room and dining room and shopped at the Mount Pleasant Arhaus store. The team there is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Diana was incredibly patient and helped us work through various scenarios while we tried to figure out what would work best for us. Knowing we are going to have the furniture for many years, she really helped guide us through our options.

Over the last several years of buying furniture for my home, I’ve always turned to Arhaus Mt. P — for the big pieces, the small pieces, the decor, etc, I just love it all! I look forward to the catalog every season! Beyond the top tier design & quality of their products, I have also grown to really appreciate my working relationship with Johnny. He’s become my go to for everything! He’s so friendly, thoughtful, responsive, knowledgeable, and creative. He’s made the experience of decorating every nook and cranny of my home such a fun and enjoyable one. Can’t recommend him enough :)

Highly recommend Arhaus furniture! I have been ordering furniture from Arhaus for the past 15 years and would not go anywhere else. Very high quality furniture and the sales staff is great!!

Arhaus has really unique pieces mixed among a solid line of furniture. And each time I’ve encountered something unexpected (damage or delay) they have taken the time to make it right. As such, I will continue to be an Arhaus client!

Truly a wonderful Arhaus experience! From the moment our sales associate, Johnny Cassell, came to greet us with his warm smile and relaxed demeanor I knew we were in good hands.
Johnny is a true professional. He has a great eye and is highly attuned to colors, textures and composition. He asked all the right design question to get an overall picture of our furniture needs and then proceeded to most patiently guide us through the decision making process. At times he had to take on the roll of marriage counselor and was able to diffuse some flare ups by using his fine sense of humor!
Johnny was very knowledgeable about all Arhaus products and availability. After our furniture purchase he kept us fully updated and informed regarding delivery.
We are thrilled with all of our purchases and we can’t thank Johnny enough for working so tirelessly with us to create a beautiful home environment.
Arhaus has a gem in Johnny.

I bought a home in Mt. Pleasant in December 2023, and I’ve spent the past several months finding the right furnishings for it. I was so happy to know that Mt. Pleasant has an Arhaus. The showroom is beautiful and the staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve worked with two of the staff, and with Diana most often. Diana helped me select the beds I wanted along with other decor for the house. Everything is high quality and beautiful, and the perfect style for my home. Every time I’m in the area, I stop by to see the latest and greatest. Thank you to the team at Arhaus, Mt. Pleasant. You make the shopping experience enjoyable.

My husband and I meandered into Arhaus in Mt. Pleasant to just window shop for our new home in Huntington Bay, NY. We were immediately greeted by Johnnie. Everyone needs a Johnnie in their life! He made the shopping process so much fun! He and Nicole, the dynamic duo, helped us design our entire home! Their taste level, thoughtful recommendations, guidance, patience, product knowledge and professionalism blew us away. They truly listened to the vibe we wanted to create and executed it flawlessly. We feel so lucky to have met them. Laurie, the store manager, was also incredibly helpful!! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Everything is beautiful, perfectly sized, and soooooo comfortable! We couldn’t be happier!

My experience with Nicole and Diane were amazing from start to end. When it comes to customer service , promptness and personal interaction- they were a great team , working together to make sure I had my furniture, They went above and beyond to accommodate and make sure my furniture was delivered on time for my daughter birthday even when there was an expected delay . Will continue to shop with them .

We had a great experience at the Arhaus store in Mt. Pleasant. The staff were kind, helpful, prompt, and caring. We loved working with Diana, Karen, and Nicole! The service was quick and efficient. Everything from picking out the furniture to the delivery process was a breeze. We love our new room and could not be more pleased with the quality, comfort, and look of the furniture!

First time visiting Arhaus and it was great!!! The ambiance is very inviting and comfortable. Diana provided amazing service, answered all the questions that I had and took great care of us even after we got our purchase delivered to our home.I also want to point out the delivery company that they use the service was fast and super easy to communicate with!Loved my experience at Arhaus in Mt.Pleasant and highly recommend this business!
