“Plugs Appliance is great place to buy your appliances, however, when they delivered our washer & dryer on May 22, 2024, the guys who delivered them ran their Dollie/hand truck over our door threshold & punctured two large holes in it. The delivery guy acknowledged the damage, took pictures & said he would report it & someone would call us. We have made 4 phone calls & gotten nothing but the run around. Nobody will call us back. Horrible customer service! It is now June 7 & still no resolution. Plugs came highly recommended but at this point, we will NOT recommend them. They have had over two weeks to respond & they have not. Have left numerous messages & spoken to several people. Unsure of what to do next.
7/1/2024 UPDATE: PLEASE READ! After finally speaking to the lovely Celia @ Plugs, She sent the repair man out to fix the damaged threshold & he was amazing! He was professional & did a fantastic job! We absolutely love our appliances also! I now will highly recommend Plugs Appliance Center as they came through for us & fixed the issue! We appreciate this so much & love supporting small business! We will definitely use them again in the future! THANK YOU CELIA & PLUGS!!”
